Montana is the best!!! Got the best pedicure from her, and crystal is the best on acrylic, all my nails were the same and the acrylic was perfectly smooth. I always make the drive from Whittier to Rancho Cucamonga because I feel so comfortable with their sanitation.

I had an very unfortunate incident and was injured by a technician that did not understand my verbal request for eyebrow waxing. I had no idea this was the case until my skin was badly cut under one of my eyebrows after waxing. I inquired if I was bleeding, she did not respond.
I asked for the mirror and observed a bloody cut. The management was attentive and gave me Aloe Vera per my request. I continued my services (gel manicure with my regular technician Kevin (who is great!) and also had a pedicure) after dealing with this issue for almost an hour. I will not return to this salon. The injury left a scar that I hope in time will heal. I only wish I had known that the technician that waxed my brows did not understand the information I gave her about my skin sensitivity prior to this service. I believe training and communication is needed in this area.

After being so upset about my manicure last time and leaving a review on Unilocal,Annie reached out to me to apologize and explain that it was possible I had a newer technician that didn’t know the process of applying gel properly. She offered I come back into the store to get another manicure free of charge, and so I did. The manager that was there (a man, I forgot his name) was so kind and understanding and told me exactly what Annie did. He made sure I was comfortable and thanked me for coming back again. Laura did my nails and she was patient and now a week later, the polish and everything is still pristine and shiny — just as it should be! I’m so pleased Annie reached out to me. This is what great customer service is all about — they completely changed my perception of the salon and I’ll be going back again for Laura next time.

This place is exquisite! Laura did my pedi. She’s very sweet and professional. My toenails look fabulous. I like this place a lot, I’ll definetely be back soon!

My wedding is on Sunday, and being from out of town — I was both desperate and terrified to try a new salon for the first time. After reading the reviews for Bella Vous (and specifically Kevin’s abilities), I made an appointment.
I could not be happier with how my nails turned out! Kevin was amazing. He gave me a natural-​looking, full set … And even picked out the perfect wedding color for me (as I was having severe difficulties). I have never had gel on my nails before, but I can say I am a convert. I also love how all of their gel colors have a matching non-​gel color for pedicures. Crystal did my pedicure and it is perfect. Plus, as an added bonus … Mimosas while you get pampered!
Whenever I am back in town, I will be making an appointment with Kevin and Crystal!

I hadn’t been here for quite some time. I decided to try my hand (no pun intended) with a new nail tech, and IM SO GLAD I DID! Christy is very talented at what she does. The first few times, I got gel done with her (she always did a wonderful job). She’s very attentive and gentle. She has a very sweet nature about her. Very easy to talk to. Sure to make anyone feel comfortable. Today, I decided to get acrylics with her and she blew my mind. The shape she gave me (coffin or ballerina) is impeccable. I can honestly say this is the best set of acrylics I’ve everrrrrrrr had. I even let her pick my color combo (she has great taste btw). I’m an absolute loyal costumer. Request Christy. She’s great! She also REALLY loves to do manis and pedis. Please go see her, she’ll take great care of you.

Took my 3 year old and I got a full set by Vincent. Very happy! Elegant, lots of color choices and it’s very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and offered lemonade or water. It was also very quiet and I liked the music played. Yes it is a bit more expensive but totally worth it. Also I walked in without an appointment during a weekday and they took me right away.

Came in around 6:45 with no appointment (I found it on Unilocal so I just drove right after work) and I was seen maybe 10 min later. Megan did my gel manicure and pedicure and I love it! She is so sweet and so nice. Ever time I go get my nails done elsewhere and show them a photo or nails I’d like they never want to do it or find a way to tell me they can’t lol. But Megan was SOOO awesome and sweet and took her time to make my nails perfect. The owner was nice, and the receptionist was sweet. Next time I’ll make an appointment because it does seem to get busy. I will definitely be back to see Megan! She even stayed 40 min passed closing to do my pedicure even after I told her I would come back because I didn’t want her to have to stay late for me. I will recommend all my friends and family to this place.

Second time being here.
First time– no appointment, Friday afternoon, waited like 5min. Not likely, but hey that’s great! Got the Signature Spa Pedicure. OVERALL EXPERIENCE, GREAT! 5 stars !
Second time– came in Monday, again no appointment, wasn’t busy obviously so got in quick. I got placed with Kevin. He’s amazing! Listened to my concerns and wants. Gave me a trial nail to check out the shape before doing all and although I wasn’t feeling the shape (it was coffin shaped, and although I liked the style, it wasn’t for me) he didn’t hesitate to remove the acrylic when I mentioned I didn’t like it. Went with a more natural almond shape. He listened to exactly what I wanted! Took his time and was fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. I look for quality in work, products, and application. He’s met all 3! I would give a 6^th star.

The owner (at least I think he was) was very kind and inviting. Kevin did my nails and if you want your nails done perfectly please make an appointment! ! Because he was rushing so quick on my nails to get to his 5 o’clock appointment I got there at 440 and was waiting patiently and was in no rush on an opening
But they set me up with kevin. He was so rough on my nails and quick they came out uneven. he seemed impatient, rushed, irritated and annoyed. Kinda disappointed.. But the owner once again (I did not get his name) was so kind he even gave my sister a discount.

Omg Heather is the BOMB!!! I just started going to her a few months ago and I love her work! Not only that but she’s such a doll! It’s always fun going in to see her knowing I don’t have to worry about what my nails will look like! She’s very detail oriented but good on time! Love her ;) won’t go anywhere else! The spa it’s self is gorgeous with great management and mimosas every time Ask for Heather you won’t be disappointed!

Went for a classic red mani/​pedi and I love it! This is my second time here and I definitely think I’m going to become a regular due to the combination of the relaxing atmosphere, accommodating staff, and quality work.

I’ve been coming to this place since 2013 they have expanded and gotten bigger and busier since then! There has been a huge decline in their quality of work which makes me very sad because not only has their quality declined they have gotten more expensive as well!
What made me decide to not come to this place anymore is when they were rude and inconsiderate to me after this terrible visit I had.
I had called ahead to schedule an appointment with my favorite technician since I was on a time crunch. When I arrived, I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time since I wanted a little extra time to pick out a color. After checking in I was told to give them a minute to set up and they will call me back soon. I got distracted by the colors and being on my phone and when I finally realized it was taking a while looked at the clock it was 30 minutes past my actual appointment time!!! I had been waiting for 45 minutes so I asked the receptionist what time was I going to be help and she said to give her 5 mins and I will be help. I agreed and continued to wait! I then asked again after waiting longer she then tell me the technician had to go pick up her child at school and is on her way back about 5 mins away!!! At this point I was very upset and I figured I have already been waiting for an hour I’ll wait the extra 5 why not. The technician finally arrived so I figured after waiting all this time an 1hr and 15mins to be exact I’m finally getting help. I was completely wrong!!! A few minutes later the receptionist tells me the technician has another appointment and she won’t be able to help me!!! At this point I was sooooo made since no one notified me or told me anything and if my technician wasn’t available I could’ve gotten my service done with someone else or just left and not wasted my time!!!
The manager and the receptionist were both present and neither told me what was going on nor did they apologize!!! I will never be going back this this place!!!

My mom, sister, and I came in for the first time as walk-​ins. We were quoted a 35min wait, but were taken back in around 10min. Most reservation-​based establishments scoff at walk-​ins, especially on weekends, but they are very welcoming here. The gentleman at the front desk (assuming the owner or at least manager) is fantastic! Let’s be best friends! They’re wise to put such a pleasant person up at the front making all the first impressions. From the looks of the place, you’d expect to find outrageous pricing, but not the case at all; I paid $ 23 for a full set. It’s a beautiful, clean, and organized salon, and the free mimosa and purse hooks are a nice touch. My nail technician was friendly and fast! She also didn’t grind the heck out of my real nails like they do at most salons, and the set came out very nice. Very happy with my experience. I will definitely be back, and not just for the mimosas!

I’ve been here a few times before and after the management change and it is definitely better than it used to be. The average price for my gel mani starts at $ 30 but there are endless add ons that are easy to say yes to but are really hard to pay for lol. The price reflects the management change and I believe is overpriced. I walked in with my sisters looking for just a mani and the other two wanted mani/​pedis. They were busy because their Unilocal gets a lot of love and women love this place. When we checked in with the very nice and helpful receptionist she told us over an hour wait. The good thing is that they text you when it’s coming up on your turn so you could run across the street to Target if you needed to run some errands. We decided to wait and while we waited, drinks were offered to everyone in the place except for me and my sisters. This made me feel some kind of way and made me want to leave but I gave the benefit of the doubt that it was an oversight. The girls who did my nails were really nice but it took awhile. I believe good nails can be done within 30 mins but mine took over an hour. The display of gel colors was lit kind of weird and it’s hard to tell what the colors are when there is only one coat on the samples. You can’t tell what it’ll look like on your nail plus you’re not allowed to touch it… it’s weird. I asked for an ombré nail and was told that there wouldn’t be anyone available that day to that and that I needed to make an appointment for those «specialty» services which is an additional charge. I left the first time I came here and went to Nailywood across the street (see my review). The second time was less of a wait and I had a decent experience but for all the wait and the lack of availability of skill set and the price I would skip this place and go to 3D Nail or Nailywood or try another place.

It’s hard to find the latest L.A. style nails in the I.E. but this place comes in at a close second. They have the right manicurists/​pedicurists that can pull it of but you gotta check and see if those special artists are in that day.
A FEW TIPS: Do your research and go on their website first, to go over pricing and compare what you found on the website with the final bill. Don’t drink too many mimosas or else you’ll end up buying unnecessary services. Also, it’s better if you make a reservation than walk-​in. The walk-​ins on the weekend have up to an hour and a half wait.
SHORT VERSION: Bella Vous is clean, modern and busy (so make a reservation in advance for Saturday/​Sunday). The working staff are all friendly and fun but the receptionists for some reason make me do a double eye roll. Only 3 manicurists can do french tip ombré and after getting the Signature mani-​pedi the final cost was $ 85 which was a bit much but I’m super happy with my gel ombré nails.
We came in the morning of Black Friday but there were no Black Friday specials to be found here (I asked the owner). We signed in up front and the text said our wait was 10 minutes. We were seated right away and both of our pedicurists and my manicurist were pleasant and fun to talk to.
SIGNATURE PEDICURE: My pedicurists asked if I wanted callus removal and suggested the Signature mani-​pedi package at $ 50. I’d just downed a mimosa and we were having a great time so I agreed to it. I got a nice smelling mango scrub on my legs, callus removal, and warm towel treatment and french tip toes. I didn’t really need the signature pedicure but it’s a nice thing to get for your mom on mother’s day or if you’re going all out for yourself. Overall this experience was nice but I should’ve stuck to the Classic pedicure.
SIGNATURE MANICURE: Kate
is one of three that can do ombré nails so I lucked out. I originally asked her to shape my nails in a coffin shape but decided to let her to make the more practical decision and she did a great job. The french tip ombré came out perfect and I’m still loving the way they turned out! I went to the gym afterwards and decided to do bench press and when I put my hands on the bar I forgot I had french ombré and shocked myself and admired them for a while before actually lifting the bar up. She finished up the manicure with the signature mango scrub and warm towels, but by that time I’d had 2 more mimosas and was over it. Again, Signature package is great for pampering but I wouldn’t get it every time.
Overall I had a great experience and ended up paying $ 85 total. I’m still trying to figure out how it came out to $ 85 but here’s what I think the ticket might have said:
— $ 50 Signature mani-​pedi
— $ 25 Gel Ombré
— $ 10 ??? I can’t find anything that’s $ 10 on the website so I feel like this was an extraneous charge? It might be for french tip on the toes? The receptionist had a major attitude when I asked why it came out to so much and didn’t explain the ticket just very bluntly said it’s an extra $ 15 for gel and some other price for french tip.
I’m a fan of 3D nails in Upland and I think I could’ve spent way less and gotten the same thing there minus the mimosas. Also, Bella Vous’ Instagram is seriously lacking so you’re better off bringing in other nail ideas and seeing if they can do it. I follow 3D Nails in Upland and Lacque Nail Bar has amazing designs on Instagram.

I am new to southern Ca and I was referred here by a friend and said I should see Meagan for a gel mani. I walked in and was greeted with a smile, the owner John walked me over to the gel colors as he knew it was my first time there. They have over 900 gel colors which I was overwhelmed with but chose a simple black color.
Meagan exceeded my expectations as I am very picky with my nails. She was very sweet and a perfectionist with my nails. I am a forever client of hers now.
The owner came by with complimentary cups of water, tea and mimosas which I thought was a nice touch.
The salon is super clean and well organized.
I would highly recommend everyone to come here!

When I walked into this place I instantly knew I made the right choice. It was clean, modern, and everyone at the counter was extremely friendly and welcoming.
I signed in on an iPad, and since I was a new customer their different options were explained to me. I got seated right away and didn’t have to wait at all.
I was also offered water or tea, and made to feel comfortable for my pedicure. I added the hot paraffin treatment, which was amazing. I’ll definitely be back!
