I’ve always had a love for makeup. I’d do makeup for my friends and family for special events, even just for practice. After a while I realized how much it made me happy. It was then that I decided to do something that I loved and was Passionate about. I enrolled in a Makeup Academy where I had the most amazing Instructors. It was there that I learned the technique and skills I needed to make this my Career.

From Proms, to Weddings to Photo Shoots, I do it all. I feel like it is important to be versatile, flexible and most important passionate. I love making my clients feel their best. Seeing the look of amazement and approval on each client never gets old and that is what truly makes me happy.

Karissa was a joy to work with from start to finish! She was very prompt in responding to all of my messages! Her prices are reasonable when comparing to other professionals in the area.
She was very easy going. I didn’t really have an idea of what kind of makeup I wanted for my bridal shower but she helped me figure it out. She knows what looks good on your features and was able to tame my crazy brows with ease! She even changed my lip color when I wasn’t happy with it.
I am booking her for my wedding because she is talented, professional, fun, easy going, and punctual!

I loved how my makeup came out that Karissa did for my birthday event. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she knew exactly what to do. Not just that but it stayed on the entire time which is always a struggle. She had good taste and it wasn’t too much or too less. I’ve gotten my make up done before and sometimes I end up looking way too over done. She did a great job!

She was very professional and punctual with time. she did what would look best on me. I asked for a natural look and that is exactly was she did. I was very pleased with the look. That whole night, I got compliments on my make up which is always a great feeling. She is super nice and makes you feel comfortable. I was going to a big family brunch and I really wanted to feel good and look my best. I got in contact with Karissa and explained that I wanted to be «done up» but still look fresh faced with a glow. Not only did she listen to me and ask questions but she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I loved that she was fun, fast, and friendly. Not to mention… Super talented! I got compliments all day on my makeup and felt so amazing. I will most definitely be calling her again. It’s so hard to find makeup artists that actually listen and take your wants into serious consideration. I’ve had me makeup done plenty of times and usually I walk out with my skin feeling suffocated and just want to wipe it all off. Not with Karissa though! She’s amazing!
