It took a while for them to come, but since I live in Riverside and they came from other county; so it wasn’t really that long. And they opened my room really quick, and charges $ 80 only. But they got the deal on Unilocal so I got $ 10 off :) nice offer!

Im super happy with Gabe and Don. They came right away to change all my locks after moving in to our new to us house. They were clean, nice, professional, on time, and the best price around. They made me feel comfortable. They worked quietly and quickly. I already told my mom to call them for her porch cameras.

The key portion of my car’s flip key broke and managed to get lost somewhere in my car. The fob still worked, but I was without a key. I called some other company and they quoted me a low price over the phone, but then added an extra $ 65 when they got there, with no explanation. Their guy took over an hour to arrive and the company was very unprofessional in they way they did business. When I told them I couldn’t afford their new price, they tried to charge me for having the guy come out.
So, I sent that guy home and called Katz for a quote and they quoted me the same low price. However, the price remained the same after they had finished the work and they didn’t try to add on a bunch of hidden fees. Gabe and Don got to my house in about 30 minutes and finished making my keys in about 15 minutes. They were very professional and explained everything to me. They provided amazing customer service, AND they made me an extra key just in case one of them got lost again, free of charge. I tried both keys after they left to make sure that they worked, and no complaints here. These guys are legit; check them out before you consider going with anyone else.

We purchased a full home security system (dvr, monitor, 7 cameras) and 3 motion detector lights from Katzs.
Gabe and Don responded immediately to our request for an estimate and came out to talk to us about what we wanted. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional and provided us with a reasonable estimate. From our very first contact, Gabe and Don provided top notch service that exceeded our expectations. They had excellent communication, great attention to detail, took pride in their work, and were dedicated to client satisfaction. There were a few hiccups with the DVR connection and my internet provider, but they remained dedicated until all issues were solved, remaining cool, calm, and collected the ENTIRE time.
We’re beyond satisfied with our security system and have not had any problems. We will definitely contact Katz again should we need any of the services they provide! :)

Amazing service!!! Don was quick to respond and showed up on time. Originally I wanted a new lock on my door but after explaining to me I just needed to tighten the lock up it would be just fine. He removed the lock and reapplied it, tighten the screws and did some work on my panel so my door would not slam.
Not only was he professional and explained everything he did, but he did it free of charge. That’s right, free of charge. He stated that he’s day was over and he didn’t have to do much all he was doing tightening things up. It took him about 15 minute and he was done with the job. Even sent a follow up message to make sure I was satisfied with the companies services and left a card explained all the other handy things they do. I’ll definitely be using them again. Very impressed

Great company. I called for a quote on two of my doors at my business. One of the owners showed up in 30 minutes from call. His price was extremely reasonable (I got two other quotes cause you just never know). He was very professional and professionally dressed. Fixed both of my issues in an hour.

I just want to give a positive feedback to Gabe and Don for their excellent customer service. Katz installed 3 security cameras in my mobile home. Gabe was easy to talk to when it comes to quoting and helping us decide whats best for us and Don was quick and efficient in installing the cameras. About 2 weeks later, one of the cameras started showing a «video loss» and they both came to my home the same day i called to fix it. They are very prompt and always do a great job! I highly recommend Katz to those of you who need home security cameras installed. In our situation, it was for monitoring our kids through our smartphones while their nanny is watching them whenever we are at work… Best decision we’ve ever made was asking Katz for help.

SAVED MY LIFE!
I was here for a long weekend and lost the keys to the rental car and they told me they would have to charge me an obscene amount of money to have them come bring me a new set of keys so I Unilocaled lock smiths near me and this was the first one to come up and I already saw great reviews so I knew he wouldn’t rip me off. So her got me a new set of keys so fast and literally saved me a ruined trip and money. Highly recommend.

AMAZING SERVICE!
So my car doesn’t start without my remote. My key completely broke off. So I was for the hunt to find a place. I called soo many places and they wanted over charge me $ 50+ more than KATz. Other company trying to tell me they can’t sell me the case only they have to sell me everything. (Which I don’t need remote my remote works totally fine). I made agreement with Katz, he came to my rescue and save me. He takes maybe 15 – 20 min to come fix it, you need to go to him he comes to you and does it right Infront of you in minutes. Now I’m able to drive my car.
