I met Scott through the Upland Chamber and knew he would be reliable when I needed help. We got locked out of our house by a friend and PopALock showed up around the time they said they would. The technician was very nice and made me feel comfortable. We were so happy to get back into our house after a very long weekend!

Got locked out at 1130 pm. They said 45min-​1hr to come. An hour later we called and they said another 40 min. Called back again and they said nobody picked up the ticket so they weren’t coming. Called Sanders (Claremont) and they were there in 20 min now we are swapping all out locks with them. Thanks pop a lock for allowing Sanders our business. Highly recommend Sanders!

5 stars because of the quality in the people they are sending out to help. For the second, and hopefully last time, Isaac was able to quickly and efficiently unlock the door. No damages to my locks or door, no extra fees, and a great attitude.
I will say to allow extra time on arrivals, but definitely worth the wait to get the job done, the right way.
He made it look so easy! Great service.

I had a problem with the lock on my stupid German made car. Issac came over and used 5 different techniques to unlock the car. He wouldn’t give up! He had a lot of pride in his skills and wouldn’t be deterred. He’s highly skilled and determined. Once he got the car unlocked, he actually tried to fix the lock for me. He took apart the lock and figured out what was wrong with it.

Isaac was my installer. Not only did the young man show up a little early. Which was great most other people are late. Isaac showed up installed and waited for me to run to store to buy more handles and then installed all of those too. He then didn’t gouge the price for the extra ones. He was personable and professional at the same time. Thank you Isaac.
The first call to the company I got Scott he was great. Scheduled a locksmith right away. It’s a new house lots of expenses. It was so nice to be treated this way.

I recently purchased a home, and friends and family members were recommending I have the locks changed. I looked for locksmiths near my area on Unilocal and was surprised that most were closed. I decided to call pop a lock since they were open and had some good reviews. They answered immediately and set me up for an appt the next day. They were also upfront with the pricing and from what I saw else where competitive with pricing and even lower in some cases. John was my lock smith. The dude was awesome, he informed me about the whole process even explained to me the hardware I had and pointed out how one of locks had a divet that was broken. The previous owner of the house couldn’t show me where the lock for the pool was located I asked John and he pointed it out in 10 sec. I needed 5 locks changed and the whole process took about 1 hour. I received 2 sets of keys. They offer a lot of other services. And take all plastic, check cash. I would recommend to anyone.

Worst service EVER. was told they’d show up within 30 minutes to pop my lock and after 40 minutes I call back and was told that their service vehicle broke down and that they would not be able to assist me. They didn’t even call to let me know what was going on. HORRIBLE.

Call at 5: am and said they would be here in twenty min and didn’t show up until 7:20. Horrible experience because I called 4 times and each time I was immediately put on hold. I know things can get busy but don’t give me a false eta. They said that they got flooded with calls at that moment but still could have given me an accurate time.
