Sunsafe Window Films

Dominic and Anthony just installed film on our 12ft x 8ft window and it looks awesome. I needed something «invisible» since this window is next to other windows that don’t get the sun and were not going to be covered. They sent me several samples before the appointment so that I could see how the film would look in different light. They were great to work with: on time, friendly, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

These guys make you want to go out and buy more windows. They are that good. Check out the photo I posted they meticulously put on and took off those shoe protectors and they scooted around those blankets everywhere they went inside. It’s just an added level of customer service and how they work. The windows are great they where here for close to 8 hours and every window looks great. If your in SoCal and you need this service just get on their list. They care more about your windows then you do.

Dominic and Anthony are great to work with! We needed to have a window replaced or safety film applied to meet compliance for a remodel inspection. I called around and got in touch with Dominic and Anthony and explained the situation. Dominic stated they are very busy but would try to fit me in their schedule.
In the meantime we found a place that was able to replace our window, so I ended up not needing to get the window film applied. Dominic and Anthony followed up with nonetheless to ensure we were taken care of, and would have come over to apply the window film if needed.
I really appreciate the customer service and great communication from Dominic and Anthony, and will use them for future window tinting needs!

Anthony and Dominick are great! It was easy to schedule an appointment with them, and they are very knowledgeable about the myriad window films that they offer. I am so impressed with this company. We were called back in an hour and the honesty is remarkable! We have an issue with our windows melting our new turf. We were called back and we were told honestly to not do tinting that it would not help our situation. How refreshing to be given an honest response instead of just letting us fork out more money for something that wouldn’t work. Too bad our turf company was not as honest. If I or anyone I know ever needs tinting I will definitely refer this company. There is good people out there!!!

Wow these two are not only professionals but artists as well. Could not have asked for better service! Anthony & Dominick were so awesome to work with when I needed a couple windows frosted last year. So, when I realized I had fading issues in my living room due to too much sunlight, I called them up. They told me that they would definitely be able to help. They were accommodating on coming out to the house during a time that would work for both my husband and I. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they were able to get our tint within days and did the work that same week. We wanted the tint on our windows to prevent against fading, but two other bonuses came along with: keeping out a lot of heat and making the sunlight coming into the house a lot less harsh. They were absolutely integral in helping us decide on the tint that would be right for us and they were so right! And the installation was done so well, so cleanly and so quickly. They are such a pleasure to work with — I hope I have future reasons to work with them again. I would refer them to anyone and already have!

Dominick and Anthony are amazing. I called to schedule a quote and they called me right back. During the quote they had tons of samples and explained the whole process. We chose to tint a huge arch window and French doors as well as put frosted tint on 3 other windows to give us privacy. We no longer need shades on those windows that looked straight into our neighbor’s home. Finally, we put a beautiful rice paper tint on our pantry door glass in the kitchen and it really looks fantastic.
Their prices were great.
We scheduled them to come back and put frosted tint on our garage door windows for more privacy.

One of the tinted windows developed a thermo crack. Contacted the two brothers and they responded quickly and contacted the film manufacturer. It took a while to get people to come out to quote a small window glass replacement, but the two brothers were very patient and kept on top of things. They took care of the warranty issue with the film manufacturer and then came back to re-​tint the glass for us after the replacement glass was installed. Again the job was completed neatly and professionally. Anthony and Dominick are great and live up to their words!

Dominic and Anthony of Sunsafe Window Films are the «Rock Stars» of excellent customer service and product knowledge. They were polite, professional and efficient from my very first inquiry call in early July to the final installation of window film and clean up after the work was completed in mid-​September. I received a prompt return call the next day fully explaining their products, service and company history.
They quickly and cheerfully scheduled a personal on-​site appointment within 3 days from my initial call to examine and measure all the patio doors and windows to give an accurate price estimate. Another window tint company that I shall not identify told me to get on a ladder myself, measure the doors and windows I wanted to tint, take pictures on my cell phone and text everything to them! Then they would text back a price without ever even seeing the job! WTF kinda customer service is this!!! Zero, zip, nada… customer service. I mention this as an example of how Dominic and Anthony immediately gave me great customer service from the very first call
One hour before our scheduled appt. I received a courtesy confirmation call that they were on their way to meet me at our agreed time. This is just one example of how professional and courteous they were to me. They even arrived 10 minutes early to be sure they found our condo within the confusing complex of multiple similar looking buildings. After our examining and measuring the dimensions of the patio doors and windows, they recommended the best type of window film based on which direction the sun came from in the mornings vs. the afternoon sun which is more intense, brighter and most of all, much more hot!
They even factored in our strict HOA rules and reflection of the sun rays towards our neighbor’s windows and if it affected their view in their recommendation being as considerate to everyone as possible. Another factor that complicated the window film work was… we needed our landlord’s and HOA approval for any window film installation. Dominic and Anthony fully understood the situation that the final decision was not entirely up to us. They gladly left samples of the window films so we could give them to our landlord.
Our landlord wanted to personally meet Dominic and Anthony on a job site in Pacific Beach to evaluate their window tint workmanship. Thoroughly impressed with Dominic and Anthony’s customer service skills and work quality, our landlord then needed to attend the next HOA meeting with the film samples to get permission from the HOA board. All of these events took extra time and effort by other people that Dominic and Anthony patiently waited for us to accomplish.
After the next HOA meeting, our landlord received HOA approval for our window tint job as well as for the entire condo complex by Dominic and Anthony! Our landlord is considering having the windows tinted on his own home now. Win-​win for everyone!
Dominic and Anthony scheduled our job ASAP based on their busy summer work load. They called the day before the appt. to confirm and arrived on time. They carefully unloaded all the window film materials, work ladders and tools into the garage cautious not to scratch my car and walls of the stairwell. They hand washed, «squeegeed» and meticulously applied the precisely measured window film to both patio doors and windows with expert skill and precision. They placed a drop cloth on the floor to catch any dirt and loose particles. They even wore little blue surgical «booties» on their shoes to keep our floors clean. I called them the «surgeons» of window film installation.
They were professional and careful the entire time and explained the application process along the way so I knew what they were doing and why. I personally appreciated this way of doing things to better understand everything to do the job right the first time. This prevents any problems and misunderstandings.
Our landlord was there to observe their work as well. The work was done under the original time estimate. The price was exactly as estimated… which was much lower than other companies… no hidden fees or charges after the work was done.
We are extremely satisfied with the window tint and already feel a difference in the lower temperature inside our condo. The window tint recommended by Dominic and Anthony greatly reduced the heat, glare and UV rays from the sun while still allowing light to come through. Before the window tint was installed, we used aluminum tin foil trying to reduce the heat and sun rays… only to find out the foil actually absorbed the heat more while blocking out all the light. We were living in a hot, dark condo with no light. Oh well… lesson learned.
I would recommend Dominic and Anthony to anyone that is considering window tint for their home or business. They are polite, professional, prompt and efficient. They are the epitome of excellent customer service and product knowledge. Kudos to them!
