As the office full time Transaction Coordinator and part time sales agent and with the support of a great office and awesome broker, I have excelled in my real estate career. Year in and year out, they have helped me consistently increase my production. I am now the co-​team leader of a $ 50+ million dollar production team.

We can’t imagine working with anyone else after having worked with Joel! He has all the great qualities that you’d expect and want in a real estate agent. He’s professional, patient, caring, quick to respond, knowledgeable, positive, reliable and dependable. The list goes on… There were quite a few hiccups and uncertainty during the sale of our house, but Joel was always there working tirelessly to overcome each obstacle. The way he conducted himself and the many times he went out of his way to help us, seemed no different than what someone would do for a family or friend. He genuinely cared. He continually went above and beyond and we were humbled in the process. You don’t get to meet a person like Joel very often. He loves his job, is great at what he does and it shows. Joel is an amazing realtor. He is very professional and patient. We had so many questions and concerns going into this, but he answered every single question. He was great about keeping me updated with the homes that were new to the market. We started off in a certain area and then we keep expanding the search to different cities and every time I would add or change he was so quick to send me a new list. I was very picky and we looked at a lot of homes, but he was never pushy, which I loved.
Joel knew exactly what we were looking for. After looking at so many houses, we met him at a home in Fontana, the moment we walked out I told him that was the house we wanted. He got on his phone, and we made an offer… and we got the home! He truly is the best, we highly recommend him.

Our experience was amazing! Seeing that we barley bought our first home, we had to no idea about where to start or what to do. No one to lead us. Then we were introduced to Joel who answered all our questions and had great recommdations for inspection, mortage company’s etc. He was dedicated and checked in with us everyday to see if we had any conerns or questions. We never waited more then 10 min for any questions we had which was so reasurring we picked the right agent. So attentive! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home and if we ever decide to move he would be our first phone call. We went through three realtors before we found Joel. When I met Joel I told him about all the horrible experiences I had with these realtors and all I wanted to do is to buy a home for my family. I definitely recommend Joel to help you find your next home. My husband and I were so picky trying to find our next home. We explained to Joel what we wanted and he took us around looking at places and was so patient with us because we looked at a lot of houses.
When we finally found «the one perfect house». Joel jumped on his cell phone right then and there… and because of this, he made it happen. I was so excited I got the house I wanted!

We have been looking for a house for almost a year with a different agent (a friend of the family) thinking that it would be better, then after thinking that its over and to hold out for a while we contacted Joel he asked us what we looking for and where, then he started sending us houses that fit our criteria, after going with him for a house that we picked he introduced us to the house that we bought. The house that he picked was exactly what we been looking for (location/​quality/​price). The escrow and closing procedure was way smoother than what we anticipated it to be thanks to him, as you can see we highly recommend him, you won’t go wrong with picking him to be your guide.

I remember when we first started looking at homes, we liked this one home, but Joel thought we should be patient and look at a few more homes before deciding. We were connected when I was urgent to find a place close to my work so I do not have to struggle with long commute. He immediately provided me a list based on my criteria so I can schedule visit within a very short period of time.
During the escrow, he not only helped me to submit the documents using e-​file so I do not have to print and scan these documents, but also provide me resources to resolve issue during home inspection.

Here’s the question you should be asking: Are you 100% infatuated with the service, knowledge and professionalism of your realtor? If you cannot state that you have the best realtor in Southern California, you need to call Joel.
Here’s our story. As we sought to purchase our first home, we met with a couple realtors who showed us a few homes and they were pretty good. They were well respected with plenty of experience in the industry. But, they weren’t spectacular. We decided to try one more realtor who had great reviews on Redfin, Joel Valmonte. After our first meeting with Joel, we could clearly see that we were previously missing out on a wealth of industry knowledge. From accurately eyeballing square footage of any given room to estimating cost of key repairs to identifying concerning areas, such as dry rot, Joel provided it all.
There was even one house that a previous realtor showed us and didn’t bring up any concerns. We were interested in the house, so we went back for a second look with Joel. We had noticed many odd patched areas on the ceiling throughout multiple rooms, but didn’t think much of it. Joel took one look and told us he’d seen this before. Turns out, it was most likely a ‘grow house’. Needless to say, based on Joel’s expert eye, we walked away from it, but that may not have been the case if we stayed with the original ‘pretty good’ realtor.
I’ll ask one last time: Are you totally happy with your realtor? If not, call Joel Valmonte, he truly is the best you can find.
