Many people believe a Realtor’s main job is «finding» property for Buyers, or «finding» a Buyer for a property listing. Actually, the biggest challenge for any Realtor is the coordination of events AFTER the sales contract has been negotiated; ensuring a successful closing! Problem solving and creating innovative solutions for complex issues that occur in real estate are my areas of expertise! Years of experience have taught me how to identify & avoid many hazards that can potentially sour a transaction. As a client’s Fiduciary, my duty to act with the utmost care, integrity, honesty and loyalty is the foundation for every real estate transaction I process. Serving local clients for over 20 years, rest assured I’ve got the experience required to evaluate confusing (and often times conflicting) market data.

History

Established in 1992.

I began my real estate business at Tarbell, Realtors in Alta Loma, where I made many friends with associates in the office. In 2001, about 40 of us left the Tarbell office and joined Re/​MAX. In 2008, after internal problems in the brokerage, many of us left Re/​MAX and joined Realty World All Stars, where I now practice — it proved to be a good decision! I’m very happy to still be working at Realty World All Stars alongside many associates I originally worked with over 20 years ago!

I’m a 3rd generation «California Native»! I’ve lived & worked in the Inland Empire for more than 50 years, which has given me intimate knowledge of the local areas of Alta Loma, Etiwanda, Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, Upland, Ontario, San Dimas, La Verne, Chino & Chino Hills. I work extensively to help all types of buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals.

I specialize in all types of residential real estate, including local historical property, equestrian properties with acreage, luxury estate homes, small or large «tract» homes, as well as new construction anywhere in southern CA. When working with «First-​time buyers» I take a great deal of pleasure assisting & educating new buyers with every step of the home buying process. I strive to help buyers negotiate the very best possible deal. My clients feel comfortable and secure in the knowledge that their Realtor has the experience required to guide them through what may become one of the most important investments of a lifetime!
