DGO Mobile Auto Detailing

I will be completely fair with this review: if you are just someone who wants this company to come to your home or office to work on your car, they do a wonderful job and their guys work extra hard to make your vehicle the way you want it.
If your a business looking to use this company to keep your vehicles looking good please read on: their techs works very hard on my vehicles that were a total wreck. I agreed on a price and they got all my vehicles done properly. However… I explained to their office that we are «net 30» and this was agreed upon. When the job was done I was informed that the guys would not leave until they were paid. I work for a nationwide company so any fear they had of them not getting paid was not an issue.
She demanded that I drop everything I was doing and write out a check for them immediately. I even offered to have payment ready the next morning since I was very busy at that moment.
They refused so I stopped what I was doing to write them out a check and informed the techs that their office personnel had no respect for my time at all and I was very upset.
No one tried to call me to explain the situation or to apologize.
I have even reached out and sent an e mail asking if we could work this out for our mutual benefit and I was ignored.
If you want to use this company in a commercial setting I would recommend you look for a company that has better business practices.
I am updating because the owner was not able to get back to me due to something personal that I can understand. He is going to make this right. And I respect a business owner who can make thing right again.

I had called initially because the place had some good reviews so I called the company and had a very friendly welcome and friendliness. I had asked to just do a interior detail on my 2013 Honda Pilot as I there has been a lot of foot traffic on the seats with my kids. Well to make a long story short they went above and beyond by even washing the exterior of the car making it look new again and all the interior of the car looked like it was brand new also. Defiantly will use them again to maintain the cars sharpness

I looked them up on Unilocal and was pleased to see they had a good star rating. I called them, and the lady that answered the telephone was polite, helpful and professional. She scheduled the detailing of our Lincoln Truck fornthebvery next day. Armando, his son Ivan and crew showed up on time and did a flawless job on our truck. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture, but they made it look better then new. Armando is very professional, real good detail, and is passionate about his work. I will be calling them back for our future detail needs, I highly recommend them.

So yesterday it was windy as fu** and of course on the 60fwy on my way to work a object FLIES ACROSS THE FREEWAY SMACKS INTO THE FRONT RIGHT SIDE OF MY CAR ={ here we go again… this happen with my Nissan Versa and jacked up my front spoiler. My car will be a year old in December. I got out of the car to see that the front had a huge black skid mark on it and it had also popped off the front frame over the tire (sigh)
I’m pretty tired of Southern California freeways being so dang dirty that God forbid a wind storm comes up you are at the mercy of whatever is on the sides of the roads ={ I searched Unilocal hoping to find a Mobile Detail company that could do my car this weekend and at a reasonable price. Since I have never had my car detailed before I was pretty much at their whim.
I called 2 locations and Claudia actually had time for me today so ding, ding, ding! That’ll work =} Armando arrived nearly at the time promised (he got lost… which is easy in my neighborhood) they worked efficiently and he explained what they would be doing to my SUV and yada yada yada my car looks brand SPANKING NEW! with the exceptions of some dings they weren’t able to smooth out. So worth the money I highly recommend them, Respectful and friendly too!

I called to get the interior of my car detailed and they said I have to wait a whole week. If you want to wait a week or two to get your car detailed this is the place.

I have a black BMW and live in Huntington Beach. I decided to drive to Rancho Cucamonga and have DGO detail my car after they were recommended to me by a friend. Armando did an excellent job. He pampers your car and brings the color back to life. He treats every car like his own. I highly recommend DGO.

Bought a used car, the inside was very dirty. I wasn’t sure what half of the stains were. My husband contacted Claudia and she made sure her team got the car clean. I wasn’t expecting it to be THAT clean. The inside looked brand new. Definitely recommend them.

DGO provides WONDERFUL customer service! I used to own a Honda CRV that I didn’t take care of very well. There were stains all over the seats and the car was filthy. After DGO was done working their magic, my car looked brand new!!! I sold it not too long after for a great price and I owe them for making that possible.
A few weeks ago, DGO arrived at my property to wash my new car (interior and exterior). They were a little bit late, but in a business like theirs, that has to be expected from time to time. You never know what to expect with each client so arrival time can be pushed back for the next job. It was no big deal and totally worth the wait! They did a fabulous job again!!! My car feels just like it did when I bought it brand new in January. Last night once my seats dried I noticed two small stains on my seat did not come out. DGO showed up this morning bright and early to immediately work the stain out. It wasn’t their fault it didn’t come out the first time, it’s a stain on the foam and not really on the upholstery– so it was a tough one.
They also did a fantastic job on my sisters car a few months back. When she was driving about a year ago, a paint can fell off a truck in front of her and splattered all over the side of her car. She drove around with this for months. After DGO was done with her car, it looked brand new. All the paint was off!
They do such an incredible job! Very professional and so nice. I can’t recommend them enough to friends and family!

They came right to my house, on time and well prepared. They were very professional and did an absolutely great job. They asked me to check the car twice, one when they finished the inside and finally when then finished the out side. Any little thing I noticed they were sure to fix and accommodate. I have a fairly large (18+ inches) paint scratch on my front bumper, they completely scrubbed it off, they also recommended a paint product to cover the chopped parts ! All around great work!

Words cannot express how happy I am with the job these three men completed on my Chevy Tahoe… We have 5 children and At least 4 years of wear and tear on the car and they made our Tahoe look BRAND NeW… I will never go anywhere else for auto detailing… My mom and dad are making appointments now too. Thank you!

My friend doesn’t have an account but raves about this company. They came to her house same day, and she is thrilled with their work! Her suv was destroyed by a bunch of kids (smashed In Food, milk etc) She was really grateful they didn’t have an attitude about it and were really sweet, did a great job and didn’t just try to run out when they were done. She said they’re the type that earn their business because they do an amazing job and people have them back on a regular schedule, where many mobile places do their marketing aimed for one time customers.

Read all the great reviews and for the most part, they were correct. I had the interior only done and they did a pretty good job. The floor matts were so bad I was ready to throw them away, however they did a fantastic job of cleaning them. The only issue I had was the seat portions of the driver and front passenger seats still showed stains after they were done. I called them and they told me that stains on this area of seats have sponge underneath that soak up the stains so the stains cannot be removed, only lightenrd up. Other than these stains that were not removed, they did a pretty good job, but next time I may try another detailer to see if those stains can really be removed or not.

These guys did a great job on my SUV today. The interior was filthy and they got out 99% of the stains. There was water stains all over the side on the paint and they got them all off. Proud to cruise around in my ride again. Thanks DGO!

Called Claudia early morning around 8:30am. She answered right away and set me up with an appointment that day at my work. The crew was right on time. She kept me updated as to when they would be there and when they were on the way.
The crew did a fantastic job. My car was filthy and after they were done it looked brand new. They used some really good wax/​polish and tire/​rim cleaner. They were pretty quick as well since they have a couple guys working on your car.
I’m pleased with the results 100% and will be calling them again soon.

Thank you so much Armando, Claudia and their hard working staff for turning my wife’s 10 year old SUV into a brand new looking vehicle at a super low cost. This car has seen it all; 2 kids (candy, crackers and Capri Suns included), hard water stains and countless dogs that my wife rescues. It was no match for DGO. I highly recommend them if you want your baby back into original condition.

I had a great first experience with DGO Mobile Auto Detailing. Claudia is very good at communicating who was coming to my home, price and what time. Ernie arrived early and did a great job on my Altima. I only had an interior detail this time, but won’t hesitate to call Caludia again for any future detailing needs!

So I finally had my 07 Sequoia detailed by Armando and co. I have kids so the leather interior was pretty nasty including the drink compartments and carpet.
The exterior was already good but in the end my SUV looked like I went to Carmax to buy a car with only a couple years on it. I know that if I had to sell my car, it would have raised its value by hundreds! Thanks again guys…

About two years ago I bought an 08 650i, it was definitely love at first sight! Recently I’ve been having tons of transmission issue (serves me right for buying a german car). Really thought a few times about getting rid of it.
So couple weeks ago I had a can of Monster explode, and completely stain
every inch of my car and leather seats, the buttons in my car were stuck and everything was sticky. I tried cleaning it a few times and the stains would magically reappear. I realized it was time to finally get some professional cleaning done and sell the car right afterwards. I spoke with Claudia over the phone, she was very professional, helpful and knowledgable.
So I had the car sent in the very next day. I did not even recognize my car when I got it back. It looked AHHH MAAZZINNGGGGGG. I said to her «you are who I fell in love with two years ago, you’re who Im still in love with». I couldn’t get myself to sell my car. Shes in my garage right now. I love you DGO detailing!

DGO detailing is owned by Armando and Claudia, who are not only friendly but go out of there way to make you happy. I have been using DGO for over 4 years and the owners are not only dependable, but my friends.
Armando comes to my house almost weely and washes my truck. Anything I point out is handled without exception. I have never had to clean out my car of valuables, as Armando is trustworthy and everything in my car is there when he is done. My neighbors and co-​workers have used him several times. In the summer, it is tough at time for Armando to leave, beacuse of all my neighbors asking him to wash their cars as well.
If your wondering if DGO is right for you, I say read my other reviews. I am very shrewd and if they were not up to par, you would see I have no problem slamming a company in detail. Give em a call.
