Manager

Deron has more than 30 years of Management, Marketing and Education experience and is a California Certified Residential Manager and a Certified Forensic Technician. He has been a featured educational speaker for the International Crime Free association, several of the Inland Empire’s, Orange Counties and Los Angeles Counties Sheriff’s Departments, City Police, Code Enforcement and Fire Departments and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Deron is a longtime facilitator for «Multi Family Pro» annual Brainstorming seminars. Deron was awarded two APEX (Awarding Positive EXcellence) Awards, «Community Manager of the Year» and «Support Person of the Year» by his regional association, as well as «Assistant Manager of the Year» and «Most Valuable Player» by his employer. Deron’s department received an award for «Outstanding Achievements in Education» from the California Apartment Association.
