This place is awsome, respectful and kind. :))))) They treat everybody like they are family members really cool place the owner is really on top of everything he is definitely a 10 star. if they were more stars I would give it to them, they also guarantee their work but the most impressive part is how kind they are .the owner gets on the phone and answers questions.
It’s never any fun to have anything wrong with your car or to take the time and do maintenance and know that you have to spend money, but these people are so completely kind and very sweet and their prices are much better than every place … I did my research and every place is expensive compared to these guys don’t waste your time just go to this place. I highly recommend this place because the amount of respect they give you is very comforting and I’m a female so it’s difficult to find places that are courteous to me Cisco is awsome genuine stand up person the receptionist great people helped me alot took in interest in helping me. i rate this place very exceptional

If you have a BMW or Mercedez this is he shop for you! I took my car in after the engine started having a misfire while driving. They were able to do the the repair and had me out and back on the road in less then an hour. Cisco was warm, friendly and welcoming during the entire process and provides service at a fraction of the cost compared to the dealership. Thank you for your service!

Once again Cisco Benz and Beemers did it again for me… my ML350 was making squeak sound every time I break thinking my front breaks was out and yet once I took to Cisco’s shop he was able to pin point that it was the rear breaks making all the squeak sound and not the front within two minutes… talk about knowing your stuff… also even at a busy schedule Cisco hook it up knowing I’m a loyal customer… and of course shout out to Ully for working on my vehicle right away… this shop is highly recommended for all German cars enough said!!!

My ’02 BMW325 cabriolet was leaking coolant… not good. I took it to Cisco & his staff diagnosed & replaced the coolant recovery tank. Not an expensive repair. They are the best independent repair facility in this area. If you have a BMW, take your car to them for routine maintenance & repairs. You will be satisfied.

Cisco and his team knows what they’re doing. Been getting my Bmw 2008 528i serviced here for 2 years now and they are the only mechanics I trust to work on my car. Cisco and his brother are honest and they do great work.

Just to update, almost 2 years later and their customer service just keeps getting better. With the addition of receptionists Erica and Dominique, communication and time spent in the new lounge feel more like visiting family than getting my car worked on, and yet still top notch workmanship from Cisco, Ully and the crew. Thanks again for being a great place for auto repair!

Once again my beemer baby got sick and Cisco’s was there to heal the sickness. Unfortunately, My warranty Didn’t cover part of my beemer’s sickness and I was dissapointed. Fortunately, Cisco saved the day by offering me an affordable option. Even though I have to come out of my pocket at least I can afford to recover my beemer baby. Thanks Cisco, Uly, & Erica. You guys are amazing. Take your benz or beemer here and trust me you WILL NOT REGRET IT!

To keep it short and simple, i own a 85 mercedes, the people here are amazing! They really know there stuff and I consider this place to be my go to mechanic shop for now on. Give these guys a shot! You wont be let down!

Endless challenges with my 2008 GL450, not driven much at 55k… This time the right front wheel air shock went out. With a referral from the Warranty Group (CarMAX MaxCare), I called Cisco’s Benz & Beemers. Erica’s sweet voice came online and an appointment was set on the SAME day. Brought the car in for repair late in the afternoon the the car was ready to go the NEXT day! Cisco kept me informed on the repair status and Erica was prompt to inform me to pick it up. At the end warranty guys are happy with a very reasonable bill and I am happy with a only $ 50 deductible.
Cisco is a polite fine gentlemen specialize in Mercedes and BMWs. Big thumbs up for Cisco and the shop!

OMG! Great service, price, professional as well. My car has only been to Crevier for repairs… Heading to Vegas it died and found out it needed a water pump. Not a good start to the trip. Had it towed to Ciscos and they not only took us to a nearby hotel, and picked us up, but when we went to pay the next morning he said it was $ 300.00 less than the quote! Cha Ching! Score! If I lived in this area I would go there all the time… Thanks Cisco, Ulysses, and all the rest. Honesty at its best, and a repair lower than the national avg.

I had to have my 07 335i flat bedded in last Thursday as it was puking coolant. Since I was driving from Fontana on my way home to LA I had to hope that the reviews on Unilocal did this business justice as I had no idea where I could drop off the car in my absence.
Was I glad I picked Ciscos? After an introductory phone call to Cisco, he assured me he would diagnose the issue and get back to me with a quote. True to his word he called and quoted me a new radiator was needed, and that the car would be ready to pick up the following day at 5:30.
Not only was it ready on time, but the final bill was somewhere near half of what it would have cost at the dealer… with a lifetime warranty on the parts! Good place to do business; I will be back when the need arises, even if it means that I have to drive from LA, rent a car and drive back after Cisco and his team have performed their magic.

The customer service was great to me. I would give that 5 stars! Very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. But why i gave them such a low rating is because i went to them just to repair my rear view mirror. (Came off the windshield.) They just pretty much had to stick it back on there. (2007 BMW 328 coupe)
Got the service done June 3^rd. 2015. My mirror fell off again about 3 weeks later! June 20 2015. I guess they did not use the right glue cause it could not stand the heat and did not last very long. Paid $ 105.00 for nothing.
The people are very nice there. It sucks that this happened. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

I Highly Recommend Ciscos Benz and Beemers. I Own a 2001 mercedes-​benz E430 with 150k miles and recently my transmission suddenly went out .I had it towed to Ciscos and had him and his team check it out. After some diagnostics he told me it needed to be replaced. The work is done and I am back on the road. He also fixed my air conditioning and factored it in the original estimate. Great Guy, Great work. Don’t take your Mbz or Bmw anywhere else. i don’t. Ciscos is the best. Andre P.

Hello, hope you all doing well.
So i moved to Chicago and my BMW is getting old, need to fix occasionally.
I don’t think i can find any other car shops that can compare with you guys, for both cost and services.
I traded in my car for a 2014 is350 F-​Sport. Lexus is not that fast, but its ok.
I might move back to California next year, if i can still reach you guys, i still want another BMW, maybe a used M4 i think.

Need a repair shop you can trust? This is the place. I live in Northern California but find myself in the LA area for work. My A/​C unit had been blowing hot and I had previously received two quotes up north…1 from a dealer and 1 from an independent repair facility. For what the 2^nd quoted me, Cisco not only repaired my A/​C, but he repaired my rear breaks and changed my oil! This young man is not only good at his job, but honest as well. Hard to find in this industry. Only place I’ll take my BMW down south… hell I’ll make the drive! Thank you Cisco!

Great spot to bring your foreign! Cisco is the owner. His brother Ulysses are both Master Techs. Very knowledgable Professionals! I do my research. It’s hard to find people who know what they are doing. Family owned and operated which is the way I like to do business. He worked on the 5 series we had and was able to do what other shops claim to do and failed!!! #Kimsautomotiverepair… I also went to Cisco to ask for advice in my next car purchase. I let him know I was considering a 7 series. He gave me all the info and tips I needed to purchase my car. Basically I’m a customer for life. Support your local shops like this so when you need a good mechanic you have one close!

I just moved to the area, and found them to service my older BMW. Cisco did the diagnostics himself — taking his time to do a thorough job. I brought in my car for his suggested repairs, and it made all the difference! My engine is running great, and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. The guys in this shop are super nice, polite, and knowledgeable. I’m thankful to find them, and they will be my new «Car Guys».

I knew it would happen eventually. My E55 AMG broke down. Cue the world’s tiniest violin. Of course I brought it on myself — I mean, how long can I go on treating the 210 and 57 freeways like they’re the Nurburgring before I get some problems? Well, I turned it off, and, it didn’t turn back on. Cranked and cranked and made a valiant effort, but no go. I curse, reluctantly go into my meeting, and an hour later come back out to the car ready to call a tow truck and turn it over to them. I decide, eh, maybe it’ll turn on. Let’s give it a try. Cross my fingers. Rub the lucky rabbit foot. Release the leprechaun from my purse that I’ve been trying to blackmail into giving me the location of his pot o’ gold, and every other good luck cliché you can think of. So I try it. It turns on this time! Holy crap! Intent on not pushing my luck, I drove it straight to Cisco’s shop, who was just about a 10 minute drive from my appointment.
I pull up, and they look pretty busy. So, I explain the issue to Cisco, and he said that it sounds like a Crank Sensor failure — very common on the Mercedes M113 engine. Works fine when the engine is cold, but when it’s hot? It won’t start. Damnit! I let that leprechaun go for nothing! This was verified by pulling the code from the computer. I planned on leaving the car overnight, but as I was making my phone call to arrange a ride home, Uly, Cisco’s brother, walks up behind me with the new part in his hand. «I’ve got the part.»… Cisco tells me he’s going to have Uly swap the part now, as soon as the engine cools enough.
How’s that for service? Show up unannounced, and a little over an hour later I’m out the door with a fixed car. These guys are the BEST!

Cisco and his brother has done a good job replacing my windshield cowl for a decent price.
Called in the morning to see if they can accommodate me; told me the replacement part will be available by 3pm, told me to come by at 1pm to get it all prepped; finished by 6pm like they said they would.
Will be a repeat costumer!
