Outstanding service ! On a particular hot day, I was rushing to run errands with the family and was locked out of my house accidentally. Called Lock and Roll and Abdul came quickly to my house and was able to pick my front door lock quickly without breaking the lock. He was efficient, provided excellent customer service and quite a funny guy ! I highly recommend him !

An emotional night saying goodbye to me daughter… and she slammed the trunk closed with the car key inside. Called Lock and Roll. He said it would be 20 minutes. It was considerably less and he was at our car waiting before we could even get there from the motel next door. He got things managed in a matter of minutes. Handled. I wish it would have cost less – as I could have used my auto insurance roadside service. But since I just wanted it to be a quick easy fix… and it was… it was fair. Great job with a really nice attitude!

Got a car recently, and had an issue with the ignition switch. Called him up after basically looking at a huge brick in my driveway for the weekend. He came out on a Sunday morning, and 2 hours later I’ve got new keys and a new appreciation for people that will work on something until its done. He didn’t change his original quote to me, even after it ended up that he needed to do extra work. Really appreciate it man.

Abdul answered and even though he could not rekey the special lock that I have, he was very helpful in helping me with options that I have. He was honest and upfront with me. After come back from dinning out, I just found out I locked out myself. The door via garage to house got locked, and I didn’t bring any house key. I called a 1800 lock smith service found from google ads, but no anyone showed up after 1.5h waiting. I wait from 9:00pm until almost 10:30. So disappointed! I fight out I can’t wait any more, so search lock smith on Unilocal around my area. I gave a try to call lock roll, I just told him I am in the area and need a help. He didn’t ask any question, just let me text him addr, and will arrive in 15 mins. Actually he arrived in 5mins, and took another 5 mins to open the door for me. It’s quick great after hour service. Highly recommend!

We had a locked cargo box and although it wasn’t an urgent matter Abdul was at our house in about 40 min and got it open in less than 10. He also took a look at the locks on our house and recommended more secure deadbolts. He showed me a YouTube video demonstrating how easy it was to pick the lock. I highly recommend this business. Only the guy behind the job knows what he’s doing, and let me tell you that Abdul gets a thumbs –up for the great job he did … The key got stuck in the ignition of my car and I couldn’t turn the car on. This guy came and did the job with no hesitations and fix my car !!!

After 36 hours of absolutely no sleep, I get the bad news that my grandmother may not make it through the night. In a panic, I rush out the door with the kids and load up my truck to only lose the key. The one key that doesn’t have a spare. After calling places to get the ignition replaced, my husband came across Lock & Roll and decide it wouldn’t hurt to call and see if they could help.
I called Abdul the next day and he said he could come later in the day to get it done knowing this would not be an easy task. When he arrived he was very friendly and is ready to get to work right away. He spent nearly two hours non stop, in the heat to get the job. I am true amazed by his skills. I honestly didn’t think it was possible to make a new key with a transponder in it without having one.
I highly recommend him! I hope I wouldn’t ever have to use a locksmith again, but if I do, I will definitely call Lock & Roll. You get excellent quality for reasonable pricing. Do not hesitate to call Abdul if you are ever in need of a skilled locksmith.
