Solesbee are you kidding me? You have officially lost my business. I have been here before and I must say everything went great.
Today I drove 30 min there to come get a repair estimate for some body damage.
I walk in and I’m told that I needed to fill out paperwork to set up and appointment for an estimate. I was confused, and appointment just for an estimate? So you’re telling me that I need to make an appointment for another day and time, and drive another 30 min back here all to get a simple estimate? You must be out of your mind.
There are hundreds of reputable auto body shops in OC that I’ll give you the time of day and give you an estimate for your car the same day.
Went to another local body shop and walked in and was taken care of in less than 5 min, and had an estimate on paperwork in less than 20 min total. Thanks!

Never again. Solesbee was always my choice. Not any more. My young daughter’s bumper needed replaced. She was told it would be 3 days. Now 3 weeks later, told by Justin it was ready and then it wasn’t. Now I’m being told they have to order a part. The lady who answers the phone was not sympathetic to her frustration. Justin has not been forthcoming when she gets ahold of him. Face to face now there is no part ordered that was a computer error. Solesbee is highly rated and respected in the community. Therefore, they can pick and choose who to provide customer service too.

Chad is the best, the repair was completed on time and looks GREAT. Would give them 5 stars but the receptionist took that one!!!

Every collision is challenging and mostly disappointing. I can honestly say that the staff of Solesbee Auto Crafts, Chad in particular, took the worry out this one. The repair to our Mercedes CLK550 was excellent, these are true craftsman and although I don’t write many reports, I would highly recommend Solesbee Auto Crafts for customer service, skill, attention to detail and excellent followup.

After my Miata was rear-​ended, some friends recommended I take it to Solesbee. I’m so glad I listened to them. Everyone at Solesbee was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. They called me regularly to let me know what was happening. Now the car looks perfect again. The people at Solesbee made me very happy.

Nathan at Solesbee helped me with my Camry after getting in a fender bender. Not only did they do a great job, have had many friends comment, they are also very friendly and quick! Will recommend Solesbee to everyone and they give out free cute T-​Shirts too!

My daughters car looks fabulous!!! And when i was there they took my car to the back and «hammered» out a few dents!!! The customer service is fantastic ~ I would get test messages with updates about the car! Unfortunately Ive had a few accidents over the years, however Solesbee has saved the day!

As parents of 4 children, we’ve had many trips to Solesbee Auto Crafts. We have taken 4 different cars to them, and are incredibly happy with every repair we have had. Even the color on the older cars was perfectly matched. Our cars have looked wonderful when we pick them up. The turn around time was very reasonable, and the estimators were very friendly, and helpful.
Nathan, the manager is very professional, helpful, and friendly. Him and his staff have always gone above and beyond to help us. They’ve even helped me with car issues that were unrelated to the accidents.
I will choose Solesbees EVERY time, and recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. Plus, they give free Solesbee t-​shirts. Who can beat that?

I called earlier this week to schedule an appointment for an appraisal of repairs. I was treated courteously and was offered a morning or afternoon appointment. I was told who my helper would be and that I could call if I have any questions.
I went this afternoon and met with Sam. He was prepared for my appointment which I appreciate as it was on my lunch break. We was careful with my vehicle and thorough. His demeanor was pleasant and casual. It was nice to have the atmosphere relaxed when the reason for my visit was anything but. Even though I’m not pleased someone was careless and hit my car, I’m glad I’m safe and that Solesbee is handling all the details along with my insurance company.

Got in a little fender bender last year and they did an amazing job and even got me a brand new bumper from the insurance that paid for my accident. Awesome employees and the owner Nathan takes extra care of you! Don’t forget the free shirt the have like 20 colors!

I’ve taken my cars here 3 times on different occasions. Every single time, I’ve been treated well and the work that they do has been excellent.

I have to say I am so impressed with this place. I went in to ask a few questions and was treated with amazing customer service. Justin took care of my car and I now recommend Solesbee to all my family and friends.

I had an issue with my front bumper that I took to two other auto repair shops and they were unable to repair it short of replacing the bumper. Nathan at souls be auto was able to repair it in less than five minutes. It looks beautiful. I highly recommend Soulsby auto they absolutely know what they’re doing.

I went to solesbee this morning and Brian helped me remove my old Tacoma emblem that was broken and install my new one! I always come here for anything I need and they are always friendly and always get the job done. Thanks Brian!

My first time with Solesbee, and I picked them because they are known for quality work in the Yorba Linda area. They did a beautiful job on my car! It took a while but my car had was in pretty bad shape. Just know that they will do an AMAZING JOB! But they are not going to have your car done in a week, and that was fine with me. Solesbee delivers quality work, that’s the bottom line!

So this place was on State Farms list of recommended auto body specialists near where I live. After checking out the current Unilocal reviews I decided to have my car work performed at Solsbee’s.
One thing I normally don’t like about auto places is that they are dirty and you have some guy at the front that acts like anyone that doesn’t know as much as him about vehicles is dumb. However, this is not the case with Solsbee’s.
The location is nice and clean. Once you walk in you are greeted by professional staff along with a highly professional environment.
My experience in bullet points is as follows:
1.) Great communication during the fixing of my vehicle. Updates on timeframes and issues.
2.) I worked with Cameron from Solsbee’s and he was always extremely helpful and friendly.
3.) The work is top notch. The car looks just like when we got it from the dealership. Colors are perfectly matched and the bumpers line up great.
4.) Lifetime warranty on the work.
5.) Got Solsbee T-​shirts too.
I can’t say that I have anything negative to say about this place. I would highly recommend them at this time based on my experience.

As luck would have it, my car was hit sereptiously by a random traffic cone on the freeway one evening when I was driving home from school. Blah! Automatically, I began searching for approved repair shops through my insurance. I decided to go with Solesbee for several reasons: they had good Unilocal reviews, people walk around wearing their shirts (hey, notoriety matters), and my Dad recently got his car repaired here and they did a pretty good job.
Cameron helped me. He was really nice and even took care of a rear bumper issue I had, while they repaired the front of my car. Best of all, they have a lifetime warranty on their service, which is pretty awesome considering I only had to front my co-​pay. At times, I did wish the communication was a bit better and more frequent, but understandably, they’re really busy here and have quite a small staff. Nonetheless, I like how this is a family owned business that takes a lot of pride in their work — and it truly shows! My car never looked better and all of the employees here were really nice, as well as professional. On my last visit, they also hooked me and my hubby up with a bunch of their t-​shirts in various colors, which was cool! Yay for free t-​shirts!
