So I had «SOLICITORS» ring my home bell and bother me in the middle of the day.
They claimed to want to show me their vacuum cleaner, Hell no you are not coming into my home. They have a girl come bother you with rotten teeth and then 2 guys rolling around in a van come try to convince you into letting them into your home to show a demo. They looked like a bunch of ex-​convicts to me who are trying to get into your home to scope your belongings. I saw the guys eyes wandering around looking at the stuff in my garage. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE TIME OF DAY.

This company is absolutely awful! They should be stopped! Seriously do not do any kind of business with these people. My recent experience has just been unbelievable. If you think there door to door salesmen are bad you should see the people running the company! They are cold heartless people who prey on the good people of this world. I recently purchased a kirby from them while i am satisfied with my vacuum i am not at all satisfied with the sellers. Kirby is awesome! These people however are not. The seller was my boyfriend who just started with the company and only had to do practice demos or so he was told! Everything these people told him where lies. Please do not fall into the trap. They refused to pay him comission on his sales (he sold two) in fact tried to not pay him at all for all the work he had done. Everyone that makes it in the company is «dumb enough to not ask questions but smart enough to follow instructions» as the owner put it in one of there meetings!

If I could give 0 stars I could. We bought a vacuum and quickly realized what a pricy mistake it was. We called 36 hours (less than 1 business day) after purchase and had the items returned to the company within 48 hours (cancellation policy states 3 business day «no hassle» return). Two men, one named Paul (over the phone) and the man who collected our return said that our money would be returned with in 10 days «but it won’t be that long» BOTH men told us that. We had to call many times asking where our money was. After 15 business days (20 calendar days), Paul told us the check has been cut and is on the way. Over 20 business days and 30 calendar days later we called 4 times before finally getting an answer. The receptionist said she had just cut the check the day we called and put it in the mail that morning… No doubt this was after hearing our message on their voice mail. It was over a month after our return before we finally received our check, BUT they hadn’t signed it! We had to drive 30 miles, over an hour round trip, to get a new signed check… NO apology, or anything! What a terrible company/​way to do business! Do NOT buy from them.
