Merritt Communications was formed in 1994. Since then, we’ve grown our product line and our customer base. Our products include wired and wireless office headsets, wired and wireless conference phones, Analog, Centrex and Voice over iP (voip) phones, video conferencing, repairs as well as rentals and leasing programs. our customers come in all sizes and shapes from a one person office to major corporations, nationwide. We are a second generation family run business that truly cares about taking care of our customers.

Hi, my name is Doug and I’m the founder and President of Merritt Communications. Here at Merritt Communications we’re all about taking care of the customer. The business was founded over twenty years ago on the basis of delivering the best possible customer service experience. That approach has helped us to survive these past twenty years including the challenging times of 2008. We have a wonderful compliment of communication products that include best in class audio conferencing, Office Communication Headsets (wired and wireless), a wide assortment of telephones such as Voip, analog or digital models and a solid repair service for phones and headsets.
