Marriott Sacramento Rancho Cordova

Tried to get a signature drink that they have advertised and in their menu. They didn’t have all the ingredients. Tried to get a vodka cranberry. They only have ‘white cranberry’ which honestly looked like pineapple juice. Not sure who’s in charge over here but perhaps the holidays are not the time when you should keep your bar unstocked.

My family stays here whenever we’re in the Sacramento area. There are definitely newer and more modern properties nearby, but the Marriott Rancho Cordove cannot be beat when it comes to service. The management team and staff are on top of their game. They definitely go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic stay. I love that the front desk staff are so friendly and ready to accommodate requests (such as late checkout). Towels and earphones are always stocked in the fitness facility. The pool area looks great with its fountains and neatly arranged seating. The food at Formaggio is surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. While the rooms are a bit dated and are in need of a refresh, the housekeeping staff does a fantastic job of making sure the rooms are as clean as possible. I look forward to my next stay here.

I stay at this hotel all of the time, I love it! The front desk people are so nice, and the restaurant has tasty food. Management is really accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

I normally stay here everytime I have to travel to my Sacramento office. I do like the look and feel of the hotel but the only down side of this place is the noise. Every time I have stayed here no matter what floor it is, you can always here lots of voice and people running around super late.
I like that they have a starbucks inside the hotel and also a really good happy hour with good price wine! The hotel is nice and big with updated rooms, comfy beds and big TV’s. I don’t have too much to complain about here other than if you are looking for a quite quaint place, this is not the right spot for you.
I also got a room with the pool view which looked like a pretty nice pool/​hot tub. It had water fountains and plenty of places to sit and lay out! I will continue to stay here when I visit!

Zero stars for customer service by management and front desk service, and I was in my military uniform.
1 star for the door man who greeted me upon coming and going. My room was exquisite, but they charge for wifi. My advice… Stay at the Hyatt across the street.

My family and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and couldn’t have been more happier! The hotel was very clean, staff was very accommodating, and the food was delicious!
