America’s Tire Store – Rancho Cordova, CA

Had an appt. to have all four tires replaced as Goodyear was crediting the cost of the original. The only requirement I made was that the inside of the rims be cleaned and all the old glue/​tape be removed. Matthew said no problem. Well, the ass monkeys did not remove the old residue and glued the new weights on top of the old tape. They are sure to fly off on the highway. America’s Tire Store will promise you the world and give you a bucket of sand. If you make a promise to a customer, you need to keep it. Business is way too competitive for crap like this to occur. After 20 years patronizing this establishment, I am done… there are much better tire boutiques who will bend over backwards before taking my money.

Omg! I thought this kind of service was a fairy tale. I called Gold River Auto Repair and was given this number to call. I spoke with Patrick as we just had a HORRIBLE experience with Costco. Anyways, they had already closed which he never mentioned, never rushed me and was so kind. As we went to make the appt to replace the tires (I did mention they were already closed right:) I was impressed with his kindness and his ability to take care of our situation as he was truly concerned about my sons safety. I feel VERY lucky to have found this company and will use them for all our tire needs! Best customer service Ever!!! Thank you so much Patrick!

I’ve been going to these guys for a couple of years now out of convenience more than anything, however, after the recent service that I received I felt compelled to write a review for the team that got me back on the road.
I worked with Joe to order in a set of thin whites for my 63 Galaxie. Joe was quick to coordinate bringing them in and worked around my schedule even when it meant keeping guys late just to get my install complete. The price was fair and the team that did the work was even better. Joe, Carlos and one other guy, who’s name I didn’t get, were fantastic, especially the «other guy» he epitomized what it is to hustle. These guys slammed out my install, were extremely professional, polite, pleasant to be around, respectful to my young daughter and kept great attitudes even though they had to stay late. And after all of that was said and done they helped jump start the old beast after she gave up the ghost on me.
I am a service manager for a local small business, and it’s this kind of culture that makes a business successful. Could I go to some other «discount» tire shop for something cheaper? Sure, but A) you get what you pay for and more importantly B) this level of service is worth paying for. I am constantly working these values into my technicians. So when you encounter guys who know it and do it, it’s incredibly refreshing.

Had a nail in the sidewall of my new Passat’s tire, they put a loaner on and tried to call Hankook the next day to see if they would credit me anything since the tire only has 8k miles on it. They wouldn’t so they gave me the loaner tire for free! Customer service at it’s finest and they just said to bring them my business when I need tires again.

Over the years (45+ of driving) I’ve been to several tire stores. I’ve found that the Rancho Cordova store is absolutely the best. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful without over-​selling. And, considering they have locations everywhere, I can get service while I’m out of town.
The only place that can best the price is the military base exchange, but that is hit or miss with quality install and service. To me, the extra cost (if any) is worth it here at America’s Tires.
My choice of tire brand is Michelin, Continental, or Pirelli. Tires bought have been for Volkswagen, Audi, Ford diesels, Mercedes, Subaru, and Airstream Trailers. What is amazing is that they often have my choice in stock.

All I have to say is great customer service. Had a tire go flat on me after purchasing a new set about a month ago. They were very helpful and got a new tire on my car in less than a hr. They also replaced it for free and transferred my warranty on to the new tire. Have been and will always be a loyal customer. If you are thinking about getting new tires for your car look no further.

This guys are quick and fast. First two tires I had replace josh helped me and got my car on time before I go to work. Really nice guy gave me a good discount.
Before then I planned to get my 4 tires replace but budget was not so good so just went for two tires. And then yesterday I run over a nail on my old tires and I got a flat tire. So I said this is a sign. I took my car here and horacio help me, he’s prompt and very nice. He gave me the same discount from last time and bought the other two tires. Upon picking up my car, he told me I just got upgraded, bec they can’t find the same tire for Falken which I had already paid. And I said sweet!!! isntead of getting Falken tires I got Continental. He never charged me extra!

I had the absolute worst day of my life, and when I was getting gas I noticed a huge slash in my tire. I thought, great another thing to add to this already bad day. When I got there, they were able to help me right away. The man who helped me, Patrick, was amazing. He let me vent about my day, and made the whole process easy and quick with the help of the team. Thank you so much for letting me cry to you, definitely coming back for the good customer service.

These guys are top notch professionals! I bring them all of my work vehicles and my personal. I have not been dissapointed with any of their service. Spoke to Josh on the phone for me to come in to get my tires rotated. He was already walking to my car before I had a chance to park and get out. I was in and out in 12 minutes. And now I have a weird craving for animal fries, so I’m off to

Omg-​ness when we walked in to get a qoute, Josh was the person that greeted us. He has the best personality for this job. He explained everything to me, he even brought out the tire we were intrested in. Not only did the price get us to buy but his customer service sold us.
I would totally recommend this company. We went in for a qoute, but we walked out with new tires.

Stopped by here for the first time on a friend referral .had 4 tires installed and balanced. great customer service clean and cold A/​c on. they have complementary cold water for you. Quick service great deals on tires.. . America’s tires is America’s #1 Choice… best tire shop came in Saturday morning to get 2 tire serviced and I was out the door in less than 10 min. fast service got to work way ahead of time… MATTHEW help me out both times yesterday he even unloaded all. This guy is awesome and great customer service give him a raise seriously also he is vary informative. always offering cold water for the road .had some last minute questions for Tony and he was vary kind and helpful as well answered all my questions I also forgot to mention they have free tire check and fill and they also have complimentary tire psi checker thing …

This place is amazing and always gives excellent customer service. I have been a faithful customer since I started driving 6 years ago. Today was my first time at this location and I have to say that Ryan with the beautiful blue eyes was amazing. He went above and beyond for Customer Service. I came in there to get my tires rotated and to have the air pressure checked. When he came to assess my car the battery had died. He then ran to his car and helped me jump my car with no issues. I love this company and my grandfather has been coming to this place for years and we refuse to go anywhere else. Nothing but good things to say about this company. The tires are inexpensive and still great quality!!!

RYAN = Douchebag — Piece of shit, and worst customer service.
I have got tires changed here for my mercedes, spent ($ 700), and for Camry 1998 spent 200 $ for that, and front tires needed to changed and I came in, This guy told me he will change them, and will give me $ 14 credit on each tire (even its wear on the edges), he will give me $ 14, for each, and get new tires for 2 front for about $ 100 out the door. I told him, I wont have time today and will came back later, he gave me card and told me I will be back next week or so. I sent someone to get the tires replaced and He did not owned what he promised and totally acted like piece of shit, and like he does not know anything.
I used to spend $ 1000 (still have receipts) every 3 or years here, and this is what they treat you like. So here it to Ryan = Piece of shit, dont treat customers like the piece of shit you are, and honor what you promise dumb ass.
Going back = Definately Not after spending that money to get service from dumb asses.

My tire was losing air so I needed to get it check. Came in without an appointment and got out in about 30 – 40 minutes. Josh and Doug were great. They answered all my questions and provided great customer service. The tire patch also ended up being free of charge.

I just bought a brand new VW and got a nail in the tire. The dealer said they would see if they could repair it as a courtesy but otherwise I’d need to replace it. Took the car in and they told me it couldn’t be repaired and they wanted $ 200 for a new tire. I knew Americas tire had a better price so I went there.
When I got there they asked if they could try to repair the puncture for me. I figured it might as well have them take a look. 15 minutes later they handed me the keys. They repaired my tire, a tire I didn’t even buy from them, for free.
I’ll never go anywhere else for anything related to tires. They’ve earned my lifelong loyalty.

My tire kept going flat just days after inflating. I stopped by americas tire before work with no appointment and was helped with a minute or so. The salesman was nice and explained everything. He said they were going to fix my tire for free to earn my business. He also recommended a tire rotation and showed me the difference in wear on the back set of tires.
Why they offered to do this for free in this day and age I don’t know. But heck I’ll take it.
I ended up purchasing a warranty on my tires for $ 15 a tire. It will cover flats and punctures for the life of the tire (60k miles). I am only 16k miles into these tires so I thought why not, peace of mind.
The service was under an hour, overall I was quite pleased and suprised how painless it was.

Needed new tires on my car so I figured i’d check out America’s Tire. I was able to make an appointment online and when I dropped my car off the guy greeted me at the door by name. (Which did seem a little weird, but they weren’t too busy yet so I guess it was easy to know it was me :) Paid for the tires and let them know i would be back in the afternoon to pick up my car. I was called shortly after leaving saying that they recommend replacing the lug nuts. I let him know i’d have to consult with my hubby first and i’d let them know. (wanted to make sure i wasn’t just going to be scammed for more money) Ended up going with the replacements and they gave em to me at a discount.
When I went back to pick up my car the guy remembered me and i was out the door 5 mins later. All in all everyone was super friendly and the tires are great. Makes my car feel so much better!

I came to pick up my are after rotating the tires. There was a long line so I just sat down to wait. After 1 minute, the guy who helped me get my car started came up to me to give me my keys. Again awesome customer service.

Came here because we needed some new tires ASAP. Called first and got a quote. Came in same day and got upgraded to a better tire for the price of the regular tire. Quick and speedy service. Worker was super nice and hooked it up. Will definitely come back.

Yesterday I was told by Tire Rack that I was too stupid to make decisions about my own vehicle and how to install my tires. The employee I was working with didn’t try to — but his company policy made it so.
I recently purchased 2 new tires and had them installed on the rear since I had a second one get a hole, and while patched — I didn’t want them on for long. I had them install the 2 new rear tires a few months ago. And since I had 2 good tires with good tread on the front, that was fine.
When I went to go get 2 new front tires this week — I was told I could NOT install the new ones on the front. Well — that’s where *I* the customer want the tires. I don’t want the ones that have only been on the back for a few months going to the front and wearing faster than the new ones. That puts me in the same position of replacing 2 at a time — and in the shop twice as often. Not to mention that there’s usually a discount for buying 4. I wanted to get back onto that schedule.
It’s my decision isn’t it? I mean, I’m buying the tires — and I own the car. Right? I wanted the new tires on front — since they will wear faster on a front-​wheel drive car. And at the end of the summer, I’d have more even wear across all tires and could rotate as needed again.
«No, you can’t» I’m told. Wait a minute, the last time I checked — I was quite sure that I was an adult that is capable of making intelligent decisions.
According to America’s Tire — I’m not, and I’m to @!#$%!#%! STUPID to make my own decisions. The fact that I’ve built and raced cars my whole life has NOTHING to do with this. The fact that I understand tire wear, tire performance, and vehicle behavior is obviously not in my best interest. The fact that there was NO safety issue with installing the new ones on the front — and in fact for performance in water — I would be BETTER OFF with deeper tread depth never entered the picture. The fact that I’ve used America’s Tire for the last 10 years and the guy even remembered putting the rear tires on didn’t matter.
SIR, OUR COMPANY POLICY SAYS THAT YOU ARE TOO STUPID TO MAKE YOUR OWN EDUCATED DECISIONS ABOUT HOW YOU INSTALL YOUR TIRES.
I truly felt sorry for the employee, he’s just trying to do his job and now he’s faced with some idiotic policy his company has enforced because of some even MORE idiotic lawyers trying to cover their a$$es.
I wasn’t going to have them put on the tires, and then waste my time at home rotating them.
So…
F U America’s Tire — it’s my car, my tires, and ultimately decision on tire wear, installation — and every other damn thing that has to do with MY CAR. I know what I want, and I’m an educated man with literally 30 years of automotive experience. If you can’t respect that and me as a customer — F U.
And — F your lawyers even more. In fact, you can take those to un-​installed tires and put them right up there sideways where the sun don’t shine. Because that’s my policy on how they should be installed on lawyers.
And most of all — F your management for making some idiotic policy that removes two people (your employee and I) from making intelligent and educated decisions about what a customer wants and needs.
Your shop is convenient, your employees polite and your work has always been competent. But on sheer principle — we will not be using your service any more. If you can’t respect me — I can’t respect you.
I just ordered from Tire Rack, and I will find an installer that appreciates an educated customer.
If you are going to make policies that cater to stupid or ignorant people — then I guess that is your target audience. It certainly isn’t me.

I ordered new tires online from them due to their Cyber Monday deal.
I got quoted an estimate of about 30 minutes to change out my tires and they were right on time!
I was genuinely surprised it would take so quick when I’ve heard stories of other places taking anywhere from 2 to 4 hours.
The staff here was friendly and helpful as always!

My whole family have been long time customers of this location. I’ve always enjoyed the excellent customer service, including the friendly employees and continued care for your tires. But today they impressed me to a new level!
We suddenly noticed a tire that was very stripped and ready to blow. We called Costco and got their price quote, and found it would be a 3 hour wait.
We then called America’s Tire and Myles quoted the same tire (we were in their system so they knew what tires were on the car from last time) for $ 50 less each! Unfortunately, they had just closed early for a company party. However, because of our dire need, he said to come down right now and they’d take care of us. We were promptly helped, offered a seat with bottles water and snacks, and began work right away. In 15 minutes we were out of there with new tires (and a noticeable lack of that sense of impending doom from driving on a bad tire).
I was so impressed with their willingness to accommodate, while maintaining every bit of the friendliness we’ve come to expect here.
