Hi, my name is Will Lorscheider, founder of Iron Gate Properties. I started this property management business because I came across other management companies who just didn’t understand the importance of maximizing the Return on Investment (ROI). You see, the most important subject to real estate investors is how to reduce costs and increase profits. With my investment experience and education I can help other real estate investors maximize their ROI. My education consists of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Sacramento State University and an Associate’s degree in Drafting & Design from Evergreen Valley College. I also hold a California Dept of Real Estate Brokers license and I’m always continuing my education in real estate and management.

Hello, I was born in the bay area and grew up in Morgan Hill, CA about 20 minutes south of San Jose, CA. I moved to Sacramento to attend Sac State and been residing in the area ever since. My wife and children enjoy living here and look forward to many more years to come.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends and having all our children get together and play. My favorite hobbies are riding dirt bikes and gardening. I enjoy watching football games in the Fall and March Madness in the Spring.
