Was here today for lunch with a coworker. It was 11:30 am just before the lunch rush. I was very impressed with the level of service from our server, and the hostess who checked on our table a few times. The mango tea is very refreshing and refills came quickly without asking. We both ordered one of the lunch combos, comes with soup or small salad and fries. I liked it. The bun was a bit«heavy»(a lot of bread) would have been better with a thinner bun, but overall a good meal, and I left feeling satisfied. I know they are not all created equal, but by general feeling is that Chili’s is a good chain restaurant and provide a good family dining experience. It was obvious to me the staff is well trained and focused on the customer experience. Well done, folks.

Always satisfied with my food here, especially with the lunch combos! The chicken tortilla soup is definitely my favorite thing here and the Fresh Mex Bowls are delicious as well. Someone even got me a chilli’s gift card because they found out I eat here quite often.

My coworker went in today to pick up lunch for the both of us. Her meal was fine. I ordered one of there burgers with onion rings, instead of fries. They literally gave my on onion ring(a very small one may I add) and a bunch of burnt crumbs. I did call to inform them of what the cook had put in my box. They did not seem surprised, let alone, seem like they cared. Instead of them apologizing and offering me what I paid for, I had to ask them if I could come in and get More onion rings. When I went in to pick the onion rings up, no one was working. Everyone was just standing around. l, worrying about their coworker who was coming back from a Starbucks run. No wonder the place completely empty on Mother’s Day. Bad service!

I am giving it only 2 stars for only one reason. MANAGER! He absolutely SUCKS! We had the greatest waiter. He was also brand new. I am not going to name him but he knows who he is… Food was good. It was standard Chili’s. The service was excellent! I mean it was really really good. Our waiter spaced our drinks, appetizers and main course out perfectly! He was polite, courteous and amazing! Great service! I thank him so much! We asked at the end to talk to his manager about his fantastic service. He/she sent a message back with his server that he/she is too busy to talk to us about that. That is a bad rotten manager. No wonder this restaurant gets bad reviews despite being decent. They need a new manager. The current guy/gal manager needs some training or need to be fired.

First experience with this location was a an order placed online that was picked up to-go. One of the 3 entrees was incorrect and the salads were skimpy. I called and notified the manager who sent gift certificates for the issue. I received $ 15 in gift certificates. Tonight, I tried to call in an order at 9:25 pm, after not being able to place an order online. When I called in, I was told they were no longer accepting takeout orders this evening since they closed in a half hour. I was surprised by that considering the order would be done and picked up prior to closing. If someone came in the restaurant at that time would they turn them away? Normally you wouldn’t. Once I’ve user my gift certificates, I highly doubt I will bother visiting this restaurant again.

Not the best food experience I have had here. The food was bland and just looked like something you would get in the frozen food aisle of your local grocery store. The one star is for the margaritas and the second star is for our server, she was very friendly and gave promt service.

What can I say, I’m genuinely a fan of the all you can eat soup and salad combo. This particular Chilis was riddled with children. Which is fine because this is more of a family restaurant than a hip restaurant. I would much rather families bring their kids here than polute the restaurants in midtown that are for adults. So that said I won’t be coming back here since this appears to be the local family hangout. Our waitress was very good. I felt bad for her though because of all the difficult parents making her life harder than it needed to be. Go here if you’re a family, couples looking for a night out together you need to keep looking.

Happy hour all day sunday! Can not complain about that. I suggest the burger bites with fries. Maybe even the half order of the texas cheese fries. Beer and other drinks are at happy hour prices too! Perfect for any occasion.

Worst chilis I’ve ever been to. Horrible wait staff. Waited 15 minutes for drinks, another 30 for an appetizer that never came. After we said we were leaving and tired of waiting waiter tried to charge us for drinks. Spoke to the manager who could care less. To-go orders are never correct, entire orders missing or no sides. Always cold.

This is one of the best chili’s locations I’ve ever been to! Although it was rather busy they sat us in a timely manner and our server, who was also bar tending that night, was very attentive and friendly.

Miranda was so awesome! Ask for her, she’s fabulous! I was so impressed with the timing of our appetizer and food. We ordered the 2 for 20 and the fajitas were just amazing! She even hooked us up with extra tortillas and guac no charge! Such good service, we will be back!

We haven’t have any bad experiences so far coming to this location. Both waitresses were nice. First time we went and eat inside. The second time, we ordered online. I must say, that’s a very neat feature! We’ll definitely be coming back here again in the future. :)

Love their menu, appetizers and drink specials. As I write this, my mouth is watering thinking of the honey-chipotle chicken crispers and the mango salsa tilapia. Think I’ll head over there now hahaha.

I have a secret. I like Chili’s… I know, I know. For shame, Katie! A group of us were ravenous after an afternoon of wine tasting. It was a toss up between this ‘olé Chili’s or sushi. Much discussion and waffling was had standing out on the patio of the sushi restaurant. Should we? Shouldn’t we? My last visit to a Chili’s was in an airport as I watched my flight get delayed repeatedly on the departure board. Mimosa was good. A decision was made, we’re going with Chili’s. We were seated at the brightly lit bar, surrounded by TVs and fans decked out in all their signature gear. The locals were friendly and smiled, perhaps they’re used to wayward travelers round these parts. After a friendly greeting from our bartender we were soon surrounded by snacks and ice cold drinks. She delivered a hefty dose of H2o which was badly needed! My eyes had outgrown my appetite and I was full after our appetizer but I was happy to bring most of my dinner home for another time. I was interested to see that Chili’s has added some«fresh» options to their menu. Guacamole they make it your table and some different grilled tacos and enchiladas. I’m not sure I’ll be back every week but the staff, the food and the atmosphere was just fine.

Sat at the bar… Waited 20 mins before they cleaned off old plates in front of us. People behind me at the table sat down after me and already got the food. Still waiting for the bartender to acknowledge our existence in front of her. Shitty service so far.

This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had at Chili’s. In fact, I’d give it zero stars were it just for the service issues alone, however once served correctly, the food was delicious. I went to Chili’s with four other adults and two children. We basically had to beg for refills, didn’t receive our food for about a half an hour, and some of us we’re served the wrong items. My boyfriend’s sides were all wrong, and he had to send his plate back. Once *my* food arrived, at least five minutes after everyone else’s, my steak had sat long enough for the grease to have congealed and the sides were lukewarm. Moreover, my steak had sat long enough to be considered well done and I’d ordered it medium-rare. After sending it back, I had to wait another 15 minutes to get a new plate, so everyone else had obviously finished eating. I realize that we all make mistakes and that food service is a thankless job, however not once were we offered an apology. In fact, we treated our waitress with kindness and understanding despite many screw ups. It would have been nice to have been offered something to make up for our crappy experience, but I’d have settled for a sincere apology and some ownership of the mistakes. I hate leaving negative reviews but seriously, what a terrible job, Chili’s!

I had horrible service today. I came in today with my coworkers for lunch. Understandably it was around 1140’ish, we get a bar table. As we are ordering our drinks several other groups come in and sit down as well. We order our drinks, she brings them and we ordered. As we order we wait patiently. 15m later we have to ask for chips and salsa and she brings it out. A little bit later one of my coworkers receives his salad that he ordered and we still wait. We look around and see that otter tables are receiving their food. 15m later we ask if our food is coming. Mind you she was very rude and said that«it will get here when it gets here, it has to be made you know» Um excuse you !?! If we weren’t there with district and market staff we would have responded, but since we had our professional faces on we looked at her in shock. The other people asked what she said because they could kind of here her and were shocked at what she said. A few minutes later she came with our food. She didn’t bring out our condiments and we didn’t even bother asking for them. She didn’t refill our drinks and matter of fact we paid for our tab before our food came out. Long story short we had a horrible experience and we will not be back, too bad she didn’t have her name tag on.

First time to this location. Coworker and I decided on a whim to go for Happy Hour after work. Something about margaritas, yummy food, and trivia just seemed to make the end of a crazy week all that much better! The prices are decent considering my compadre had two vodka pineapple drinks and the Texas fries for about $ 12.00 and I had the smokehouse burger with fries and a very large margarita for $ 17.00. I could have probably done better on the pricing if I had stuck with the Happy Hour menu. Maybe next time! Just knew I had to go grocery shopping after our little moment of relaxation before going home, so had to get something a bit more filling. Although after seeing what she got for less, I could have probably have gone that route and been ok since apparently her app was like a meal unto itself and for half what I spent on my burger and fries. Our waitress was very friendly and on hand, even with the bar area being very busy. I also noticed the busser was hopping and making sure to keep everything tidy. Other staff we saw seemed to also be very friendly and constantly in motion, doing whatever it took to make sure every person in the place had a good experience. Definitely will be back to try out some of their other Happy Hour specials, especially since Happy Hour does not end until 7 pm and it is within a few minutes of the office.

I don’t know what they put on that guacamole but its too damn good! Love the thin chips and the salsa as well. We ordered the fajitas and the mango chile tilapia. The rice that comes with it is too small to share so we got a side order of rice. The service is awesome! Cameron made sure everything’s good and he’s full of energy and he seems so happy, he taught us how to pay using the tablet like machine in our table which I think is really cool. Overall, I recommend this place for a quick and nice lunch and dinner.

Chili’s new spiced panko onion rings are yummy. They are crispy and have a little bit of a kick to them. It’s nice to finally have a few more options on the menu! We love the Chili’s on Zinfandel in Rancho Cordova. Sit at the bar when Rich is working. He’s nice and takes good care of us:-)
