Favorite spot. Order: Ruben with fresh cut fruit and Grays Strawberry Soda. Hot beef sandwich. The food is amazing, great spot for a quick bite to eat! This is my third time here! I will be back!

Unfortunately, I have to knock these guys. I REALLY, REALLY want to like this place. I love the concept. I like the food. And the staff all seem super nice. But they are just so damn disorganized, it totally ruins the experience. I was willing to cut them some slack when they first opened. But they should have their act together by now. It literally took 3 of us about 5 minutes to order at the counter because the person at the register couldn’t find the items on her screen. Then 3 different employees asked my wife what kind of tea she wanted. First, the person taking the order. Second, the person making it(I think). Third, coming to our table and asking again. And it came out last. What the hell? We were laughing it was so ridiculous. All you have to do it put hot water in a cup and bring it out with the right tea bag. Probably won’t be back. –Daddy Maxx Retro P. S. One of the staff snitched on the owners and told us the reason they’re so disorganized is because there’s a huge turnover in staff, the training is inadequate, they don’t pay much, and business is super slow. Hummm…

Although I like to support small businesses this one needs improvement on food. We ordered apple fritter French toast and it turned out to be toasted fritter bread & was hard & dry. No «French toast» at all. The bagel we got was so hard & dry it wasn’t edible, bagel wasn’t even toasted. This isn’t my first experience with the food their either. People working didn’t seem to care that we didn’t touch the food. We walked out & took my coffee with only good thing about this place are the drinks.

The burgers are good but side options are lacking. Management needs to step up and properly train people. It’s usually an awkward struggle for even basic orders and no one ever knows what beer I’m asking for unless I point it out, and even then it takes a few tries. I can’t fault the young kids who work there, seems like it’s their first job. Management and owners need to be responsible and take an active role if this place is going to make it. Which I hope it does as it’s a unique spot with quality food. Recent update: coffee was soapy. Not much else has changed.

I had an enjoyably first experience. The tuna sandwich was delicious and the bartender was great.

I am giving this Café a 4 and hoping to turn to a 5. They really are trying hard to make this a great option for the Ramsey Town Center. There are more and more people working and living in this area so there is a need for this place. Just like the other review there is some chaos and some things that need to be operationally addressed, but that should not deter anyone from giving this place a try and helping make this café a staple in Ramsey Town Center. I will reach out to the owner privately with a few suggestions just so people will not judge based on this review. Please go here and experience the new café, let’s help them become successful and a great place to grab lunch in the area that isn’t a grocery deli or quick sub place.
