By far one of the best waffle house’s I’ve been to. I always ask for my bacon crunchy(not burned, not fried hard, but crunchy)! And they made it PERFECTLY here. My hashbrowns were perfect as well. Not burned, not undercooked, but perfect. The staff members were nice, and greeted me. The cook even walked past and spoke to me too. I’m not used to that in WH! I frequent this restaurant so much and it was so nice to finally get to one where my food was great and the way I wanted it. I can’t wait to go back!

This is the place to be after a long night of drinking and you just want to stuff your face with fatty foods filled with tons of carbs! My go-to food is the triple hash browns all the way. It is in the largest size and topped with all the ingredients offered on the menu. With all the vegetables toppings, I feel like I am eating a little healthier and don’t feel as guilty for consuming all the greasy food. If I want something less heavy, I would opt for the biscuits and gravy. Waffle house used to served cheddar jalapeño biscuit, which was the best! It was cheesy with had a good touch of jalapeño flavor. I was a little sad to find out that they no longer have this item on their menu.

Been conning here for 25 years. They have completely updated the inside. As usual, good good at a fair price.

Ugh what a disappointment, usually waffle house is great, the dude cooking should get back in the fishing boat he came over here in, ordered pork chop breakfast, pork chops dry, no eggs yet, no taters I ordered, no grits either. Basically I got died up pork chops, to finally an hour later the rest of the meal showed up. The eggs were two chopped up fried eggs, not the over medium I ordered, got the grits by complaining, we came here the day before everything was great, fire that cook please! !! He doesn’t know how to cook eggs, how can he work here?

This was my first time at Waffle House and not only was the food awesome and cheap, but the service was exceptional. Bruce always made sure we had what we needed and was extremely polite and professional. He even pointed out options to us that would get us more food for a better price. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

Gross. This must be an acquired taste. I got the blue berry waffles. My blueberries tasted gritty and dehydrated. The cheese eggs were runny. The employees were sleeping. Save your money and go to Denny’s.

I’d like to dedicate this review to Maria and Alex that work at this Waffle House. Talk about great service– they deal with high volume shifts like it’s a breeze. The food is always great and they do their job, smiling in the face of intoxicated grumps and demanding customers. The team works together great, too, I just wanted to take a minute to talk about Alex and Maria because they both have been my server on several occasions. Thanks yall :)

Regular waffle house, but was super busy during Saturday morning, got myself a Pecan waffle with Choc and PB chips. Along with a slice of Pecan Pie. Was delicious and heavy.

As a college student, I frequently found myself in Waffle House on late night/early morning food runs with friends. Waffle House waffles hit the spot and the crowd is always enjoyable(ie. Great for people watching!)

Waffle House is like a favorite local diner(in terms of the atmosphere, hospitality, and comfort food quality) somehow replicated into a chain. I have no idea how I survived 20 years in Raleigh without trying Waffle House. I actually first came here with my boyfriend who grew up in the North, trying to give him a Southern experience. Waffle House has the best service! This is hands-down the best Southern hospitality I’ve ever experienced at a chain restaurant. They even have a busboy who opens the door for patrons in between cleaning up after the bar. It’s a 24⁄7 diner-style restaurant with a few booths and a bar along the kitchen. There’s also a jukebox near the bathrooms… haven’t seen many of those around! We sat at the bar and watched the kitchen at work. The waitstaff uses a completely verbal call system where they yell the orders at the line cooks, who don’t even seem to be paying attention but get all the orders right anyway! We did notice that they barely clean off the stovetops and just cook about 5 orders on top of each other between quick wipe downs. It was a little off-putting, but oh well… tastes great! As for the food, I was wondering how waffles could be a specialty… Like how different can each waffle get? Until I tried my boyfriend’s waffle. AMAZING. Now I know why they’re called the Waffle House, haha! Except I ordered biscuits and gravy, which was still pretty good. But I’ll definitely get a whole waffle next time. All in all, delicious and cheap. I just wish they were a little faster! There was a huge lapse between my ordering and the waitress calling my order thanks to the verbal system of ordering. I will definitely be back many times in the future, especially since it’s always open! They say if a Waffle House is closed, the inclement weather must be truly debilitating…

For as busy as they were on a Saturday morning, I gotta say this is one of the best Waffle House’s I’ve been to. It took a few minutes for our server to take our order, but everything was great, all employees were very friendly, and our food was good & hot. If you come in the morning, try to sit in Maria’s section, she was our waitress.

Awesome Waffle House. The server helped us by pointing out a cheaper combination option that had everything we were ordering separately. Crazy busy tonight, though

How in the world is this rated so highly? My wife dragged me here because she might have been a little drunk and was in desperate need of a waffle. I didn’t understand it, but I knew better than to fight it. The food was cheap, but not great. Service wasn’t very good. Atmosphere made me fear for my butthole. But at least my wife got her waffle. And for that, I’m thankful.

Waffle House has good cheap food. This one in particular has bad memories. This was the last meal I had with a significant other. I paid. They broke up with me…

This is ye typical Waffle House; sort of a collision between 1970’s décor and little small-town diner friendly service. I don’t come here that often, but I’m always impressed with the service when I do. and with the kitchen right in front of me(literally), I can see them prepare my eggs and bacon. Not that these take rocket science to prepare, mind you, but they always make ‘em hot and tasty.
