My name is Jay, and I started a company called The Home Theater Installer in 2010, which has since morphed into Berger Audio Video Solutions. While we are new to Yelp, we’ve maintained an A Rating on Angie’s List for 3 years and have had many repeat customers as well as strong customer recommendations. We’ve been in business in one form or another since 2010. I decided to offer these services after realizing that the prices charged and the services rendered by big boxes don’t always leave the customer satisfied. We realized there was a lot of things lost in translation, and we made it our goal to close that gap. When our clients contact us, there can be an extensive vetting process to make sure that what the client wants and what we do is the same thing. Customer satisfaction is always the goal, and it’s one that we’ve been hitting the mark on for years, and that’s important to us.
