Lock and Tech did a great job! I hired them to do an intercom system at one of my buildings that I manage in Williamsburg. They were quick to give a quote, very knowledgeable about the project and completed the work perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone!

I used Lock and Tech for a high-​end corporate client (media agency) of mine — I’m an architect and designer. The project was a complete gut renovation. The scope of work included full A/​V and Data planning + installation (audio/​video conferencing software/​hardware selection and procurement, security/​video surveillance, ethernet/​internet networking, and wireless access points). The nice thing was these guys are a one stop shop — they were able to plan everything, they provided all the technology equipment (hardware and software) ran all the cabling, and installed everything from in wall speakers to a video wall. When it comes to my type of work it is important that I have a knowledgeable, responsive, and professional A/​V Data team on board. These guys were great to work with (personable — you can really tell they are enthusiastic/​passionate about technology and what they do) and were able to complete the work in a very tight timeline. My client and I are super happy with the project. It’s hard to find good A/​V and Data consultants/​installers, these guys are great!

Hired Lock and Tech to install a new multi unit video intercom system in two apartment buildings and they did a great job. Igor and guys were competitive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would have no problems hiring them again.

Igor from Lock & Tech installed 4 security cameras for me and he and his team were great! Igor was extremely responsive (phone, text, e-​mail), prompt, friendly, and professional. When he gave me the estimate, he worked within my budget and gave me suggestions on where to put them. The cameras are very high quality and on the date of the installation, they cleaned up, vacuumed all the dust and I was very impressive that they hid all the wires inside the siding so you can’t see them! Will definitely recommend to anyone and will use their other services too.

When the front door lock on my old house broke, I Unilocaled locksmiths and, frankly because they were nearest to my neighborhood, called Lock and Tech. It was the right decision; the tech showed up within 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem and amazingly, carried the correct lockset in his vehicle. Working meticulously and quickly, he replaced the entire mechanism, cleaned up and was on his way in less than half an hour. I wish everyone I dealt with was this fast and efficient.

Lock & Tech did great work on our new office space on the Lower East Side! The work was efficient and done well. They installed hardware and set us up with internet and phones. Igor was and continues to be super helpful with any troubleshooting and questions we have. Would definitely consider using them again if we have any other projects!

I have used Lock and Tech for audio/​visual, security camera, networking, and alarm installation for three retail locations and recommend them highly. What sets L&T apart is that they can handle all these facets expertly. They are quick to respond, great at problem solving, always reliable, and do beautiful work. If you are building out an office or retail space, definitely call L&T.

Lock and Tech installed a Video Intercom on 4 floors to my total satisfaction.
Igor came to my place as soon as I called. He came prepared, inspected the site and showed me my options. I signed the contract on the spot impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.
Roman and his team came to install the system. He explained to me all the various features and showed a lot of concern and patience.

We have a 15 unit cooperative and needed a repair to our entire intercom system and each unit in our individual apartment units.
Gabriel came out within an hour for a free quote (on a Sunday!) and within a week of setting up the appointment, the three man team was at our building ready to go. The service was excellent and efficient. We are very happy with the work that they did and I would strongly recommend Lock and Tech.

We had Lock and Tech come to install a doorbell/​intercom system into an old building with 3 apartment units. The guys that came were knowledgeable and efficient. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after the project was completed. We had these installed last October 2014 and it has been working out great for almost 6 months now. Gabriel was very professional over the phone and gave a very fair price for the equipment and installation. I would recommend them and will look to hiring them again for other locksmith, handyman, security system installations.

I was having trouble with my employees until I installed this camera system. Once the system was put in by Lock and Tech the problems with my employees were put to rest. I’m so grateful… they were professional and gave me quick and excellent service. I would highly recommend this company!

A month ago they sent someone out to do an estimate for the «MANY» tasks available throughout a brownstone I manage. Willie was very nice, did his part and left. I’ve called and emailed this company 5 times. No one has bothered to email/​call with an estimate or to schedule. I hate leaving bad reviews but its not right to waste peoples valuable time if you cant deliver. They could have easily made $ 2K+…
They need to work on their admin/​customer service skills.

Gabrielle did exactly as he promised. I needed an entire 5 story building, including the exterior, hallways, stairs, roof and 4 lofts monitored by discreet camera’s that I could remotely monitor on my computer or phone including the ability to play back. He finished the installation a couple of months ago (I didn’t want to write the review until I’d used it for a while). It’s all working perfectly. The installation (a lot of wiring and mounting 23 camera’s) was done by Roman and Yaroslav just as I wanted it. Gabrielle followed up, made changes to 2 camera positions I wanted with no complaints or extra charges and no attitude. As good as it gets.

You can forget what day it is. (It happens when you drink as much as I do) You can forget your lunch. (Brown bagging has downfalls) You can forget your phone. (It’s nice to be disconnected for awhile) You can forget your friends. (Who needs them, right? I’m kidding I need them. Who else will make sure I get home?)
But whatever you do DON’T FORGET YOUR KEYS!
That very unfortunate situation happened to me last week. Thank god I didn’t forget my phone. You can’t ever do that either.
I asked my roommate when he would be back and he told me not till later that night. However, he did mention a locksmith that he used awhile back that were great.
I gave them a call and viola, in almost no time they were by my apartment. Now I’ve forgotten keys before (Hey it was college, we’ve all been there. Oh you didn’t go to college? I’m sorry, I didn’t know), usually it’s some guy who hates his job, can’t stand to be near you and intends to rip you off. (How dare you ask him to do a job, that you’ll pay him for) Not this time around. The guy was super friendly and nice. We were actually talking and enjoying our conversation. It was as if I was paying him money to be my friend. (Please be my friend, I’m so lonely) Then when he told me the price, I was shocked. Pretty low in my opinion.
Hopefully, I’ll never forget my keys again but if I do, I’ll be sure to call Lock and Tech USA.
