When you call, our friendly office staff will discuss with you the specifics of your pest issue, provide an estimated phone quote based on this conversation, and schedule a time for one of our highly trained technicians to come by for the initial inspection and service.

After we complete an inspection, we discuss our findings with you. We never pressure you into more services than you need. Instead, we offer open, honest communication and clear pricing on all our programs. We are happy to answer any questions you have as well as go over what we found and what we would like to do to eliminate the problem. Our technicians will also explain a realistic timeline for you to expect control to be achieved. From our pricing to our methods, we don’t hide anything from our customers.

History

Established in 2007.

We understand that we are a rather young company (established in 2007) but rest assured, we have all the experience of those other companies, oftentimes even more! Many companies hire seasonal workers during the summertime rush and they have precious little time to train them properly. This lends itself to technicians who might not be prepared for the unexpected circumstances that are encountered daily by the pest control professional. There is no excuse for a pest controller to be on the job when they are not prepared or properly trained. Do not make the mistake of hiring the wrong company to fix your pest control problems. The hurried, high pressure tactics exhibited by some companies can create many larger problems down the road that will make you wish that you could start the whole process over again and go with Rambo Total Pest Control! We undergo constant training and have a hunger for knowledge about pest biology.

Business Owner

Luke Rambo, owner and manager of Rambo Total Pest Control, has been working in the industry since 2001. In this time he has developed a great passion for solving pest problems quickly and efficiently. That does not mean rushing through the job just to get on to the next one, it means developing a strategy to systematically weed out any harborage areas, nest sites and conducive conditions that are encouraging the infestation.
