Established in 1991, RMF Architect, LLC is a full service architectural firm led by Robert M. Fania, RA. A licensed architect in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, Mr. Fania has designed and constructed numerous commercial projects and more than 75 residential projects.
History
Established in 1991.
Commercial projects have included interior and exterior renovations to municipal buildings, libraries, fire houses, restaurant and food preparation facilities, university classroom and dormitory buildings, senior citizen services facilities, retail interiors, professional offices, new wildlife care and treatment facilities and commercial warehouses. Residential projects have included renovations and additions to existing houses, the relocation of existing houses and the design and construction of new house.
Involvement in numerous types of projects with a wide cross section of clientele and dissimilar construction budgets has provided Mr. Fania with a deep understanding of the influences that shape the design and construction of any building. During his career he has developed a particular expertise and understanding of architectural renovation design and construction methods.
