Nion Residential was formed to provide basic contracting services and subcontract work in the residential industry. Nion Residential currently serves the Atlanta Metropolis and its surrounding areas by recreating space in its private home and condo communities. We specialize in interior/​exterior wood and tile design and remodeling. Our particular areas of focus are the renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and basements, and the building of decks and patios.

Manager

Nion’s Project Manager is the prime person who is responsible for most of the work at the construction site, including that performed by the subcontractors. The Project Manager oversees all work while verifying that it is installed as detailed on the drawings, defined by the building codes, and are within industry standards. Our Project Manager has served the last 7 years as a foreman, overseeing crews, and has over 10 years of hands on experience.
