VIP Luxury Limos

What a great company. We booked the Camaro limo a few weeks in advance for my daughters birthday party. The customer service was great and unlike some other companies their limos are actually clean lol.
I personally feel like they have the most unique limos in Oregon and with the VIP treatment they lived up to there name.

We reserved a classy black stretch hummer for a large party of adults, and paid in full, a month in advance. The owner John called us 3 HOURS before our event to tell us that the air conditioner was broken, and they only had a gold party bus for us. We pretty much had to be okay with this, or else have no transportation for our event. The gold party bus arrived and was worse than we imagined. It was meant for children’s parties. Not classy at all, and the AC was leaking fluid on our guests’ heads. We did NOT get what we paid for. To top it off, we called John the next Monday to request a 50% refund. He not only flat-​out refused any refund, he raised his voice and use swear words with us over the phone. We will never do business with this company again, will never recommend the business to anyone, and are even censoring the company logos from the event photos we took so that there can be no advertisement.
