As the Executive Chef & Founder I have worked 18 years to produce our Original recipe (the base to all other flavors), that will make you mouth –heart-​and soul cry out for more.

History

Established in 1993.

Starting off entering and winning baking contest with my Cheesecake Recipe in California. I then went on to opening On The Spot Catering with my best friend and then business partner. After some years I took time off to work with local Nonprofits and Community Based Organizations fighting Poverty, Homelessness, Access to Health Care and Housing, and Social Work. Moving beyond the «Burn-​out-​Stage» I returned to my love of cooking and started and Catering and Concession Business. After 6 years of 21-​hour days 6 days a week, I sold the business to focus on something smaller.

Thus the creation of Taste-​Ts Cheesecakes & Desserts. With a deep love of food and people I wanted to share my creations and zest for life. I now only cook large events for close friends and special occasions. Which allows me to focus 100% on making the «The Best Ever» Cheesecakes and other select tasty creations. We have lofty goals and ambitions and I welcome you and your support as we move forward.

Good Food will unite Nations, bring Family and Friends together, and comfort you in time of thought. I believe that food is like «ART» it should move you, inspire you, and motivate you to create and share. I also believe in making things affordable to all and a special treat to all. I don’t believe in mass producing or cutting corners. My business philosophy is simple, you can make a difference and a profit at the same time. You can treat yourself and help others.

I have striven to do just that in all aspects of my life and in the goals I have set for Taste-​Ts’ Cheesecakes and Desserts. Our goal is to be a Cheesecake and Dessert company of a different flavor. We want to help others pursue their Business Owner Dreams, raise funds for nonprofits, and to help mentor/​inspire other Entrepreneurs along the way.
