Me and my family were on our way out of town and we stopped for Starbucks. We ordered our drinks sweetened and when we received them, they definitely were not. They also did not put soy in the skinny soy vanilla latte my sister ordered. When she told her that she asked for soy(which we all heard her say clearly, and actually repeat it!) the barista told her that she did not say soy and that she was wrong but she would remake it anyways. So she fixed it. Except she made it sugar free(which she did not ask for or want). And no skinny does not mean sugar free. The customer service was very bad, I do not recommend!!!

This Starbucks is a nice diversion from the telecommunications area of the Lloyd District. Both a Sprint and T-Mobile are in the same space. Lots of things to eat and drink are fine and dandy as usual. The AC outlets work here. Plenty of space really enhances this location. I went here amidst walking around the neighborhood. I had a San Pellengrino soda, a great part of the Starbucks bottled drink lineup. This place is relaxing and it’s also in near proximity to the light rail. Starbucks does a good job at this particular location.

Layout of the store sucks. You’ll have to dodge boxes of store supplies and other customers to wait for coffee. Staff are apathetic and unfriendly, but efficient enough(won’t even return a «good morning and mumbled through the transaction — was uninterested in explaining anything). Other than that, it’s the typical Starbucks coffee you love, hate, or make do with.

Most terrible customer service I have experienced in as long as I can remember. Manager seemed to be «put out» when asking him for assistance. He sighed loudly like a teenager not getting his way when decided to help me. His attitude turned for the better when I stated his name in a question, «Excuse me, L*****s could you please tell me where I could find a comment card?». He then apologized for his actions. I would have given zero stars but the quality/consistency of the food/drinks good. I certainly won’t return to this location.

As Starbucks go, this was clean and only moderately crowded. Can’t say much negative. But the coffee was okay. Five star bux is hard to come by.

One of the better Starbucks in the inner city. I love the convenience of the drive-through even when you go inside the lines pretty quick. Employees here seem genuine. I’ve never had a issue here as far as my order being incorrect or overcharged!

When it comes to Starbucks, you know what you’re getting. The menus at each franchise are just about identical, but there are distinct differences that make some branches more favorable than others. This review is meant to reflect what makes this Starbucks unique more so than the company as a whole. I came to this location because my sister needed a Portland Starbucks mug to add to her collection. These guys had it. My experience was otherwise in all ways unremarkable. They were friendly enough, got me my latte quickly enough, and had a sizable amount of clean space to sit in for awhile and do work. As Starbucks go, this one is A-OK. For frequent coffee drinkers, I also strongly recommend pursuing a Starbucks Gold Card if you do not already have one. By simply reloading and reusing a gift card, you can easily reach Gold status(which I think is worth it even under the new company rules). By doing so you get a free drink or food item after you’ve racked up 12 «gold stars»(items purchased).

very unprofessional, ordered coffee with my husband and instead of starting on the coffee the employee went to the back room and was talking to another employee while we were waiting. They also had a very empty case of pastries.

I have to amend my review of this location. I’ve been in here many times, but I encountered the rudest«Barista» ever here today. A visit here today lead to a very confusing and frustrating order. I ordered a drink and a large ice water. For years and years, I have ordered this EXACT order several times a week at different Starbucks everywhere. Never had a problem. But for some reason, I was just unable to get a large ice water here. I asked several times why I could not obtain this, as her responses were very confusing and made no sense. The person taking the order kept dodging the question, but I pressed back– she rudely said«We have to save the large cups for people who are paying for drinks.» I’m thinking– really? Was that«Monopoly» money I just handed you? And then she just turned away from me. Apparently she was done with the transaction. EVERY other Starbucks I’ve been to, across the US, this order has never been an issue. Bitchiness from a coffee shop employee doesn’t at all encourage me to return to this location.

You know what you are getting as far as the coffee goes. Starbucks generally needs to do something amazing, or something really terrible to stray from three stars. This was definitely a fine experience for coffee.

This is my morning Starbucks. They know my drink and how I like it. They know how I like my Oatmeal. They are great. Thank you for making my morning better.

Awesome barista. She was really nice to us when we asked if we could use their restrooms. She didn’t know that we were planning to make a purchase afterwards, but she let us to use the restroom. I think that’s a very good customer service. :).

This location is really good for Starbucks! For the most part I’ve phased out of drinking Starbucks.(I’m a tea and hot cocoa lover… I hate coffee.) I usually go to Peet’s for tea and a chocolatier for hot cocoa. But I always end up going to Starbucks out of convenience because there are so many locations for me to go hang out with friends, or while waiting for something, like today, it’s a spot get out of the rain while my car alarm is being worked on by a neighboring business… Hopefully it will be fixed so I won’t have to return… but that’s another review. This is one of the best hot cocoas I’ve ever had from Starbucks, hands down. My partner ordered a soy peppermint white chocolate mocha and says it’s better than the ones at other locations. There are several of small tables at this location, rather than sofas or cushy chairs, so it’s a good environment to set up your laptop and get some work done.
