i have to say the food is okay but the customer service was great. i asked my husband to buy me ice cream and he came back with a malt because that was the only chocolate flavor thing he saw. I didn’t like it so i took it back and they switched it for me without hesitation, and they did it with a smile. While i was waiting the kid in the front made small talk but was genuinely interested (or so it seemed). If i were a mystery shopper i would have to say id give them a 2 thumbs up on customer service. The two that were working last night made quite the impression.

HOT DOG AT THE SUMMIT FOOD COURT
I needed something to tide me over while walking around Washington Square Mall. Quarter Pound Foot Long Coney Island Dog plus Tater Tots with a Dr Pepper to wash it down did the trick. Cheap, fast and effective. What more could I have asked for.

It is in the mall so you do not get that «drive in» experience. Our order was made wrong but it was quickly fixed. The burgers are decent for quick service. I like that they use fresh chopped onions. The bigger pieces allow for better flavor and texture.
I’m not sure what kind of oil they use for their fried items but it has a slightly sweet taste that is unique to their brand.
The best part about Sonic? The desserts and dessert drinks. Some of the best shakes you can get at a fast food place.

It was a little weird not «drive-​in» to Sonic! I walked «to» and it was in the mall (WA Sq). Not bad but not great either. Just A-​OK!
Nothing to complain about a Footlong Quarter Pound Coney — $ 3.69.
