Had the Bitchin’ Sombrero and the Cheese slices. Quite delicious. Service at the register was great. Seating is a little hard to come by.

So at this location you walk in and you have the choice if going to either Sizzle Pie or Pine State Biscuits. Or you could indulge at both since they share the same space. There is a restroom available at this location. There is minimal seating here since it was originally meant to be a to go location. I would say there’s approximately 13 barstools to sit at between the two businesses. So at busy times you may want to be prepared to take your order to go. Like the other Sizzle Pie locations, they offer gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and meat eater options. You can pretty much order whatever you want on your pizza but the best deal if you want to quick lunch or dinner is the slice with a salad for $ 7. And that is any slice or’s any salad included in the $ 7 deal. I noticed they have a pies now that include eggs and they are kind of like a quiche pizza, a good breakfast option. There are pizzas already cooked if you just want to grab a slice of what’s available or you can order off the menu any pizza you desire. I really like their pizza and they use high-quality ingredients. Love the slice with salad deal! 2016 – 1

Came here one night after a Winter Hawks game. Great crispy crust, quick service, fair prices for pizza by the slice. I also had the Cesar salad… flattest, most boring salad I’ve ever paid for… a little garlic could have seriously helped out their ‘vegan’ Cesar dressing… but their pizza saved them from a 3 star review… just stick to the pizzas folks!

Never disappoints. Our favorite pizza when we are in town. We brought a breakfast pizza, the Basphomet, home with us for breakfast the next day. Prefect hangover food!

Love this spot, sharing space with Pine State Biscuits. Great spot to pop in for lunch or a late bite. As a vegetarian, I really like the variety of pizza offered. Also, they’ve got a nice variety of beverages, alcoholic and non. The roll up door makes brings in fresh air on a sunny day.

The pizza is delish HOWEVER the two time I have ordered delivery they have made huge mistakes on my order… I’m gluten free. I’ve asked for cider to be delivered, I got a 6 pack of gluten filled lager… asked for a large pizza with gluten free crust, I got an extra large regular pizza. They are willing to fix the mistake and not charge for it but it’s frustrating to wait an hour and a half and not get what you ordered. The people answering the phone and taking orders sound careless, unfortunately.

My husband and I were only in Portland for 40hrs but somehow we found ourself at Sizzle twice! We stopped in for slices on our way to Rev Nat’s for cider and loved it. Later that night we got hungry again and called for pick-up. We got a bacon & meatball pie that blew our home state’s «best in the country» pizza out of the water. Perfect crunch crust that reheated well the next day. Definitely recommend!

Had a single slice of cheese to go. Sad to say that I wasn’t impressed — the cheese was very rubbery(even when still warm) that I stopped eating it halfway through. Thanks anyway.

Pretty good pizza. Not the best I have ever had but not bad. A little greasy but I like the crust. Sort of weird location. It is shared with Pine State Biscuits. It is very small and hard to find a place to sit. Also you can not take your beer outside to sit at the tables outside. Not sure why, most any restaurant or bar that serves beer or wine and has tables outside in Portland. You take your drink to the tables outside.

I really wanted to like this place, I’d had a piece of their cheese pizza a while back and had enjoyed it so I was excited when this location opened up near my neighborhood. I got half a 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon and half a Napalm Breath. I also ordered a full order(12) of bread sticks with the regular sauce, Creamy Caramelized Onion Spread, Cilantro and Pepitas Vegan Pesto, Spicy Aardvark Blended Red Sauce. The full order is only $ 2 more than the regular so this seemed like a great deal The pizza was just mediocre, the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon saved it and was definitely the better half but the Napalm Breath was sorely disappointing and lacked in flavor. The crust was nice albeit a little on the dry side with the sauce. It wasn’t too greasy as others have complained about but then again, it’s pizza, it’s supposed to be a bit greasy! The bread sticks weren’t anything special and the Creamy Caramelized Onion Spread is not creamy at all, it’s just a bunch of red onions that are finely chopped up. I did like the Aardvark sauce and the pesto. I’m trying to figure out a way to salvage the bread sticks so that they aren’t wasted but I’m afraid they will wind up being treats for the outdoor critters in my neighborhood. Additionally, they charge $ 3 for delivery and I doubt any of that money is going to the drivers. I hate this scam that pizza joints pull charging the customers a delivery fee and then the restaurant pockets it. I really am trying to avoid frequenting places like that. I did give them 2 stars because the 6 degrees was solidly decent and the two sauces were pretty tasty. Their customer service was top notch as well!

Shared space with Pine State Biscuits. I like the efficiency of that. What’s with the constantly changing stools? Always a different number and type, sometimes not nearly enough, sometimes the worst cheap junk imaginable. Weird. Typical casual Portland vibe: comfy, not pretentious but not shabby. On an earlier visit at Rev Nat’s(around the corner) I balked at Sizzle’s prices on whole pies, but decided to check out the slice prices today. Not bad, I think I paid 6 or 7 for a couple generously-sized slices. A bit greasy, toppings maybe a bit too heavy for the thin crust, and the crust was brittle/dry at the edges, not chewey and gluteney the way I like. My to-go container was a full-size box, which was weird, but better than some places that send you out the door with paper plates and foil. Overall: yeah, it’s fine if you’re in the neighborhood, but absolutely not worth a special trip out of your way.

I had read that Sizzle pie was some of the best pizza in Portland. I like that it was cheap, fast, and sold by the slice, but other than that, it was no big deal. I tried the garlic, olive, feta, spinach pizza. Feta and olives can make things too salty, and it was for me. There wasn’t that strong of a garlic flavor and the crust was cracker thin. Not my fav.

As solid as any Sizzle Pie locations, but just an FYI this one closes at 11pm. Great vegan pie!

WOW, I was having some samples of cider at Rev. Nat’s around the corner when someone asked if I wanted to try a pie. The were only open for delivery and trying out their new ovens. They cooked up a large pie with pepperoni onion and spice. I have never had a pie with such great flaovor. Their pie was the closed I’ve had to New York Pie west of the Mississippi
