Great happy hour – 7 days a week. Cool spot for Blazer games. It’s fun and in the busy part of NE, making it interesting.

Poor piss service! Went to get my food in a to-go as I wanted to sit but had an appt. and might run out of time and would like to grab and go and not wait for my food to be re-boxed. «House rules it comes on a plate and if you want it in a to-go we can’t!!! Nice job! Way to keep customers! Silliest thing I have ever heard a restaurant do! Make your customer happy! Really, the place was empty and who cares if the customer wants to sit and eat it from a to-go container, should know by now no customer wants there food handle twice! Take some customer service classes or something!

pizza schmiza is right! i really wanted a few slices of pizza after a long day of work. i walked in and right away i didnt know where to order. after figuring it out. i stood at the counter for 5 minutes. No one said anything or even said they would be right with me. I watched a person making a pizza right in front of me the entire time. i don’t recommend it. jersey mikes is down the way. rude costumer service and atmosphere. anyone who takes that long to make a pizza and cant multi task. you might as well forget it.

They have really good pizza. I love the crust. They also have a full bar and video poker. I won free pizza for a year off Facebook. I would recommend this for casual gatherings. They also have drink specials all week. Lots of flat screen tv’s for sports fans.

Normally I love this place, but with the new crew it seemed more important to let us now they close in 30, 20, 15, let me sweep around you. Service tonight was all about what they didn’t want to do. Sorry to the people that walked out pizza is good, but I will do a drive by to see if this crew is working before I commit to come back in. Even my boys said this place isn’t fun anymore. I hate nothing more than sitting around stacked chairs and a sweeper, guess not a second beer or more soda. So this is my final thoughts, if the guy with red glasses is working, go in and it will be great, if not go somewhere else.

Tried to order in advance for a finals party. Guys were not very helpful in picking out a good assortment and just told me to order from the webpage. They wouldn’t tell me what deals they would have going on. At least they were nice enough to inform me that add a 5% delivery charge for large orders. :/

«Won» a free growler… then Called ahead to make sure all I needed to do was bring my ID, then went all the way out there, only to find out my name wasn’t «on the list» and the boss«couldn’t be reached» was pretty lame. I made the call to be SURE the trip wasn’t a waste of my time. Fucked up.

Grabbed a couple slices and beers with my fiancé on a Saturday afternoon. The place was dead, but it didn’t matter. The woman working the bar greeted us as we sat down at the bar. She didn’t rush us to order food. We drank our beers and ordered 2 slices. Vegetables were fresh, mozzarella was super soft, crust was crispy, and sauce cooked well. It was a really tasty pizza, and our service was friendly.

The North East Broadway location has the worst service ever. We called in an order for 2 extra large pizzas to be picked up in 30 minutes. When we got to the restaurant our order was nowhere to be found. We have been waiting more than 20 minutes. The staff is totally indifferent. We used to love the store in its old location. But since it is moved service has gone way downhill. Very disappointing.

They don’t want your business. Trust me. That’s what the manager said to my wife and i. If you choose to eat here, expect to be ripped off and then told that you’re bothering them. Worst. Service. Ever.

As a native east coast girl, I can tell you for a fact, this is THEONLY pizza worth eating on the west coast. That’s not saying much considering west coat pizza sucks so let me be more specific: this is authentic New York crust. It is THEPERFECT pizza. And you need to eat it. Well I need to eat it – all the time!

Worst Caesar salad I have ever had, dressing was gross and there was about a cup of it on my salad.

Come for the schmizza, stay for the service! Can’t comment much on the quality of the pizza as I only partook in the $ 4 slice of pizza and PBR special but the service was fantastic. My bartender, Min, was excellent. Extremely attentive and plenty of intelligent conversation to go along with my cheap beer. Also seems like a great place to watch a game as they have several large flat screens that can be viewed from pretty much any seat in the establishment. I’ll be back next time I’m in Portland.

Passing through town, staying at the near by double tree hotel. This place has a neighborhood bar feel. We order our own pizzas rather than the pizza bar. It was really good! Beer was good and cold and the waitress kept them full the entire time!

I like this place it’s close to the house and my son enjoys going there to eat pizza, the customer service is pretty good, TV screens watch sports and the pour on the wine is nice — and it’s pretty good for going out once a month type of deal for the family.

This place is a hot mess, literally. Our visit today was uncomfortably hot and quite confusing. We couldn’t figure out if we were supposed to sit and expect service or walk up and order a slice. Both? Well a friendly greeting to let us know the deal might have been helpful. Now this isn’t my first visit inside a Schmizza and it won’t be my last(the one on the waterfront is superb). But it will be my last venture to this location. After some aimless wandering, we walked over to the pizza counter and, when the ray of sunshine manning the counter finally acknowledged us(while on the phone), she told us to have a seat. Didn’t show us to a seat. Just said ‘go sit’. So we obediently sat(ridiculously close to a TV) and were promptly brought food and drink but then any additional requests(really over the top demands like ‘ranch dressing’, ‘ketchup’, and ‘silverware’) were ignored. Asking to split the check was apparently an insult as was the request that the server take our cards right away instead of leaving the check and(maybe) coming back for it. It might be Pizza Schmizza at other locations but on Broadway it is Serivce Schmervice. Go to the sub shop next door.

A nice place to grab a quick slice. Pizza is good but do not expect to be blown away by freshness or flavor. The girl working was friendly and nice, she had a somewhat intentional conversation with me and that was nice. The seating area is open and comfortable, a little dirty though. Maybe more attentiveness to the cleanliness of the tables. Over all, good pizza for a good price but nothing to crazy.

I’ll start with being positive. I like the TV’s at a lot of booths. I like the vintage memorabilia. The vegetables on my pizza were fresh. Now to the bad. First, when I order a Coke, I order Coke. Not a Pepsi. And when the server doesn’t tell me they have Pepsi and tries to sell me one but saying it’s Coke, I get aggravated. We then ordered a veggie pizza. On one hand, the cook remembered to leave off the black olives. But they forgot the pesto chicken, which we requested. I’m a New Yorker living in Chicago, so I know good pizza from bad. And the overall quality of this pizza was mediocre at best. The crust on the bottom was soft, no crispiness at all. The sauce tasted overdone. But I have no idea why mom liked this place the first two times she came. Cheap prices do not mean a place deserves 4 or 5 stars. I will gladly pay a little more money for higher quality pizza. And I’m definitely not interested in returning if I come back to Portland.

This is a review by a vegetarian Same poor quality screen pizza as other locations. A lot of TV for the size of the space, including individuals per booth, so probably a good place to see part of a game.
