Our family-​owned business provides fine and casual catering for a myriad of high-​profile corporate clients, weddings, and many special events. We pride ourselves in creating an elegant, yet simple approach to catering, providing dishes to be relished by both the eyes and palate.

As a full-​service catering and event company, we offer a plethora of additional services & event options. Rivers Edge has always been dedicated to providing rewarding, long-​term employment experiences for our team members, who in-​turn provide memorable dining experiences for our customers. We have an on-​hand event specialist who can assist you in the planning process. We have the knowledge and team to make things work at the highest-​service standards and will always strive to execute 5-​star service.

History

Established in 2001.

Founded by Brad Zusman and Ian Carter in 2001 and operated by Silver Baron Corp., Rivers Edge Catering has offered superior catering and wedding services for more than 13 years.

Our mission is to become admired as a world-​class leader in food, sustainability and safety. We are honored to be among the ‘Green Caterers’ listed with the City of Portland’s Office of Sustainable Development. In 2007, we received a Blue Works Award for our continuing efforts in environmentally responsible practices in both our kitchen and offices. We source our food locally, have organically grown ingredients, and offer many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-​free options.

Rivers Edge has a vast, freshly made selection for our catering services. Our online menu selections aren’t prepared until they are ordered. Although several of our specialty items require 24-​hour advanced notice and minimum guest counts, all other deliveries require only 2 to 3 hours notice.

Manager

Ian Carter founded Rivers Edge Catering in 2001 with Brad Zusman. Operated by Silver Baron Corp., Rivers Edge Catering has offered superior catering and wedding services for more than 13 years. Ian is the executive chef and vice-​president of Rivers Edge Catering and Rivers Edge Café. He absolutely loves everything that he does.
