We help buyers, sellers, and investors with all real estate needs in the Portland Metro area. We handle everything from land, houses, fixers, bank owned, short sales, new construction, multifamily and commercial.
We work as a team with a total of 12 years of real estate experience in the Portland, Oregon area. With each team member focusing on different disciplines in real estate, we are able to stay even more current on market trends and changes that affect you.
We believe that being a resource to our clients before, during and after a transaction. That is part of the value we bring to the table. Even as we grow, the majority of our business is from repeat & referred clients.
History
Established in 2006.
I started out at Keller Williams Portland Central in 2006. I now have a dedicated team of highly experienced and intelligent brokers that have helped me continue to care for an increasing number of clients each year, while still delivering a high level of communication, service and results.

If you’re looking to buy or sell a home you need a guide and I want to the person to help you. Keep in mind that this transaction is going to be one of the biggest decisions of your life. I am trained and licensed by the State of Oregon to help you with your Real Estate transaction. In addition to my State license I attend seminars and training on an almost weekly basis to stay absolutely up to the minute with the changing real estate market. I am also a certified negotiation expert and take pride in taking great care of my clients. If you are inerested in Commercial Real Estate I am a member of the Oregon CCIM and currently a CCIM candidate.
Whether Buying or Selling, I start with YOU! Many times agents will just find out how much you’re pre-approved for or how much you want for your house and then start putting contracts on the table; but that’s NOT how I work. I start with your wants, your time frame, your budget, and your needs.
