I had an amazing backless dress I was going to wear, but the elastic holding the dress together snapped completely. I took it to this place to get it fixed. Instead of putting a new elastic band in, which apparently would be too expensive according to the lady here, she added in a hidden zipper. She also pressed the dress. It looks amazing! I’m really happy.

Have been paying for their services for the past 2 ½ months. Service has been steadily declining. When items are dropped off, pick-​up time is given. Show up to get items and they are not done/​ready. Pressing is not consistent with previous pressing. Woman in charge is rude and unprofessional. Strongly DO NOT recommend.
