I have always been offended by businesses who seem to think that they are doing the client a favor by taking their money and not providing much in the way of service. When I started in the computer industry in 1989, I made a commitment to myself to provide quality services at a reasonable prices, stand behind the product and services I provide, and treat every client the way I would like to be treated. I’ve been helping businesses and individuals with their computer needs since 1989 and, based on the fact that most of my clients are referrals from other clients, I think that I am living up to my commitment.
