Have you been struggling with your computer? Does it seem like every time you hire an expert you aren’t getting what you paid for or that they don’t know much more than you do?
This was my situation until I found It Group NW. I am a do it yourselfer that owns a few small businesses. I have hired multiple IT companies in the last 10 years trying to find the right fit. It Group NW has been the most knowledgeable and affordable computer IT service that I have ever worked with. Every member of there team I have worked with is professional, timely, and most importantly they know what they’re doing. They always give me what I need and have suggested multiple things that have made my computers and my businesses run more efficiently. A great example of this would be one of my stores was having internet issues I told Jeremy about it and he told me exactly how to fix it. It was literally a five-​minute conversation and I have no more Internet issues. Amazing right?
In short I am so happy I found IT Group NW!

My office has been using IT Group NW for computer help since before I was hired about 4 years ago. I usually work with Jeremy, but all the guys are really nice and can usually solve our computer problems quickly. They do a really good job.
