Gabriel Rucker is the chef and co-owner of Le Pigeon Restaurant in Portland, OR.
He has been awarded «Chef of the Year» by Portland Monthly for 2006, listed as one of the «Best New Chefs» by Food & Wine Magazine for 2007, and Le Pigeon was named «Restaurant of the Year» by The Oregonian in 2008.
