Specialties
Laurelhurst Market features its own in-house full service butcher shop open from 10:00am-10:00pm. Sandwiches made with our own deli meats and charcuterie are served from 11:00am-5:00pm from the butcher counter.
All our steaks and chops are fabricated on site and most of the meats on our menu can be purchased in their raw form from the butcher case.
History
Established in 2009.
Laurelhurst Market was founded in 2009 by the owners of Simpatica Catering/Dining Hall. While hosting a number of themed dinners at Simpatica, steakhouse inspired meals were by far the most popular. We decided to sell the butcher shop we operated at the time, Viande Meats and Sausage inside City Market, and open a new one attached to it’s own steakhouse. This now gives our guests the chance to see all the meats from our dinner menu inside our butcher case; and the chance to purchase them without going across town.
