I get massages from Melody regularly. I highly recommend her! Melody is a gifted healer. She’s intuitive and knowledgeable. I really like how she can draw from different traditions and techniques depending on how I’m feeling and what my body needs.

I have received several massages from Melody so far. She is an amazing healer and massage therapist. I really appreciate her intuition with the body work and in bringing in elements (like tuning forks and essential oils) for a deeper healing experience. I have always left her clinic feeling happy and light.

Today was my fourth massage from Melody. Each has been a gift. Each has evolved beautifully from the last. Each has left both body and spirit relaxed and free. A soothing, vibration rich ambience envelops her lovingly intense massage. Always look forward to this oasis of peace.

Melody Christensen is by far the best masseuse I’ve encountered. I’m a pretty active and athletic guy and end up with a fair amount muscular aches and pains. Melody is a master at deep and thorough massages both for relaxation and helping your body to heal. I’ve recommended her to other athlete friends who don’t normally like massages and they’ve become fans too. The space is great and she’s easy to schedule.

I have seen Melody Christensen at Laurelhurst Healing Arts several times now. She is an LMT, but more importantly she is a truly gifted healer. I come away from massage sessions with her feeling healed inside and out, relaxed, motivated, just all around fantastic. She integrates sound healing in her massage practice which is very cool. I was definetly skeptical about it at first, but found the experience to be calming and uplifting at the same time.
There are a lot of massage therapists and body workers in Portland. She is one of the best.
