Specialties
In my practice, I aim to provide both short-term and long-term relief from what ails you. For the past 4 years I have had the opportunity to work alongside 4 wonderful chiropractic doctors where much of my clientele was referred to me by having a motor vehicle accident claim. With these particular clients, my approach may consist of myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and often a bit of swedish for the analgesic affect.
Another passion of mine is oncology massage where I have spent about 200 hours in continuing eduction in Davis, CA as well as our own OHSU here in Portland.
I am also a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner which is an invaluable service for those with a compromised lymph system or for those seeking detox.
All clients are given use of the spa at Everett House Healing Center on the day of your appointment.

Business Owner
My journey in massage therapy began in 2011, inspired by wanting to bring good into the world. In my free time, I enjoy crafting, building, reading, and cooking accompanied by my daughter. I love all things health and enjoy being encouraging but can recognize what is and is not realistic for folks.
I am a weekly volunteer massage therapist for Providence Hospice where I am able to learn things I couldn’t learn anywhere else.
