History

Established in 1991.

Keith Hoelscher Architect is an award winning, full-​service design firm located in Portland, Oregon. My studio is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in Architecture, Master Planning, Interior Design and Environmental Design. With over 38 years of design experience, I have designed a wide variety of projects throughout the Western United States, including work ranging from commercial office, corporate headquarters, retail and mixed use projects, multi-​family and single family residences.

Keith Hoelscher Architect P.C. is an Oregon Corporation. I am a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and am currently licensed in the states of Oregon, Washington and Colorado. I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Design Degree and a Master of Architecture Degree from Texas A&M University.
