Air Duct Cleaning should always be a service unto itself, and with our Techs having a background in Ventilation as well, they truly understand your homes duct & ventilation system. Correct Ventilation installation will ensure your home has constant clean fresh air, your kitchen exhaust doesn’t build up dangerous flammable grease, your dryer works effeciently and quickly, your bath fans exhaust steam correctly outside of your home. Natural Gas & Propane installations require specialized licensing & knowledge, and very high moral standards. There are many benefits to gas appliances; instant hot burners, no waiting for burners to heat up. Never running out of fuel while grilling. Great energy savings! At J and M Services, we’re happy to help our customers cut costs whenever possible! We would MUCH rather save you a few bucks and hopefully earn your Friend/​Neighbor/​Families work than nitpick to get every last dollar out of you. We can pull the permit for you when required for a small fee, or we offer free email and/​or phone advice if you want to pull your own permit. While we do charge for a return trip to install a gas appliance, we don’t mind providing FREE consultation if you would rather do it yourself. We specialize in Homeowner projects and take pride in our work. We enjoy our job and look forward to finding the most cost effective and cleanest installs possible for our customers. Our employees are hard working honest people we have known for years.
