Having experienced the positive effects of hypnosis and Reiki, my wish is to share them with you. Both Hypnosis and Reiki assist the body, mind, emotions and spirit in bringing together a sense of wellness and balance. They help turn on your inner light and reach your goals.
Whether your focus is weight loss, smoking cessation, chocolate addiction, stress, pain management, sports focus, fears, PTSD, traumas, or reclaiming you, hypnosis and Reiki are safe, positive and effective.
Hypnosis and Guided Imagery appointments can be held at my office or over Skype.
I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher. Reiki is from the words Rei (God/Universal life force) and Ki (life energy). The Reiki practitioner simply focuses wonderful positive life force energy to the client thru the practitioners hands to promote the client’s wellbeing and healing.

Established in 2011.
My practice is located inside the Cherry Blossom Wellness and Professional Building. Conveniently located off I-205 near Mall 205. Previously located in Gresham. My study of Hypnosis and Reiki began as both of these natural alternative medicine modalities were helpful to me. So much so, that I wanted to be able to share them with others.

Living with Fibromyalgia, hypnosis is exceptional in helping deal with the pain, depression and tiredness.
No matter what your life goal is, the changes you want to make for you, I truly believe in the positive and healing effects that Hypnosis or Guided Imagery can provide and want to share this with you!
