History

Established in 2008.

Greenbridge Properties manages and sells single family homes, townhouses and small plexes throughout the Willamette Valley. Our portfolio ranges from studio apartments to sprawling estates. We have helped hundreds of clients and, as far as we can tell, are the only property management company around Portland that has zero negative reviews on any website, including Yelp, Google and the Better Business Bureau.

Before founding Greenbridge Properties, Dave Biglen was an analyst and asset manager for a private equity firm with a financial stake in 10,000 multifamily and residential units. Dave has been involved with the purchase, management and disposition of one billion dollars in multifamily and residential real estate throughout the western US. Dave has a graduate degree in real estate investment and development from Portland State University.

Business Owner

Dave is an active volunteer for the Portland non-​profit, New Avenues for Youth, and recently served as the President of the 20 member Ambassador Board of Directors. Additionally, he often volunteers with their PAVE program which helps underprivileged youth find stable employment. Dave grew up in a small town in Montana and left to receive his bachelor degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove. After two years working in law in Philadelphia, he returned to Portland to complete postgraduate work in real estate studies at Portland State University. Dave currently lives in Beaverton with his wife Deena and two small children, Connor and Molly. When time permits, he enjoys exercising, drawing and painting, and socializing with friends.
