From the time my mother Gwen sold the first Como loaf at the bakery in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, we have devoted ourselves to serving delicious, authentic food made from high-quality ingredients. As co-owner and culinary director, I spend every day making sure our food meets the highest standards for flavor and integrity and that when you come through our doors, you love what you discover. Good people and great ingredients make great food!
