Monthly Memberships are available to help you save money while feeling and moving your best. This special 4 month commitment is designed to help you receive the full benefits of regular acupuncture, chiropractic care and massage therapy without breaking the bank. You will be auto-billed through PayPal, so all you have to do is let us know when you want to come in each month. Full details can be found on the Membership tab of the website.

Summary of how it works:

Massage memberships include a 60-minute massage per month for $ 68, an additional visit in the same month is only $ 63! If you have already had a chiropractic exam with Dr. Ebling, you can also alternate your visits with the 45-minute expanded chiropractic option. Never been our chiropractic patient before? Not to worry because a New Chiropractic Patient exam is only $ 88 as part of your membership, instead of the usual fee of $ 110.

An acupuncture membership includes a 60-minute Individual session for $ 48 per month, new patients would pay an additional $ 20 at their initial appointment.

History

Established in 2010.

Dr. Carrie Ebling, Chiropractic Physician and Licensed Massage Therapist, moved from her previous East Portland location to join Courtney Giordano, Licensed Acupuncturist, in creating Elemental Medicine. They share the desire to integrate Eastern and Western medical theory and therapies under one roof in a setting that respects the knowledge that each patient brings regarding their own health as well as the body’s ability to heal itself when given the appropriate tools.

Courtney Giordano feels that the ability to heal already lies within each person and she strives to guide each of her patients to greater health. Her focus on healing ranges from acute injury and colds to chronic conditions such as arthritis, depression, and pain management. She has a particular passion for nutritional difficulties and menopausal symptoms.
