I started as a helper when I was 19 and worked for the same employer for 17 years. I watched many «installers» come and go over the years. And learned an awful lot about tile installation when I was repairing all of thier work for my boss. At the time I dispized doing the repairs but I have learned it was an invaluable tool in providing the Highest Quality job for my customers now in my own business. Believe me I have seen some doosies. I take great pride in my work and it shows in my finished product.
