Established in 1990.
Bristol Equities, Inc. started business with it’s first apartment property in NW Portland. Since then it has acquired over 40 urban residential buildings in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in vintage and historic properties ranging from 1890 to 1960 with an interest in enhancing the classic features which appeal to our residents.
Though our business enterprises have included office and retail spaces since the mid-90’s, in 2005 we acquired our first building that featured retail space exclusively. Since then we have added over 250,000 square feet to our commercial portfolio in Oregon, Washington and Georgia. We partner with excellent real estate companies and general contractors to service our commercial tenants’ needs.
