The staff of Pearl Property Management has been involved in the management of residential property in Portland for over 15 years. They have focused on the Pearl District since 2001 and have a thorough knowledge of the area’s unique real estate market.

Meet the Business Owner

Kevin L.

Business Owner

Kevin brings extensive property management experience to Pearl Property Management, including all tenant and client services. He began managing property in Eugene in 1989 and moved to Portland in 1995. He took over the operation of local developer Robert Ball’s property management company where he was responsible for the management of several historic properties in the Northwest neighborhood. He was an integral part of Evergreen Capital’s development team, which developed and restored historic condominium and loft projects in Northwest Portland and the Pearl District. Kevin has an in-​depth knowledge of home owners’ associations and a working relationship with the Portland’s most established association management companies. Since 2001 Kevin has focused his work in the Pearl District, giving him extensive knowledge of the unique rental market in the neighborhood, as well as as well as a proximity to clients and tenants that other management companies cannot offer.
