Went Saturday and my wife and kids ordered the number 6 which are chicken or shrimp skewers. I had a lobster wrap from a neighboring cart, which was simply wonderful btw. Anyhow, after waiting and waiting and waiting you get the idea. We went to the window and the lady said they had many customers in front of us and hasn’t started our order it would be at least another twenty minutes. When we arrived the food carts were fairly empty not a line in sight. As we waited over twenty minutes at one of the many empty tables and I ate my delicious lobster sandwich and not one customer went to the window to order. If your wait for a chicken skewer is more than forty minutes you should let the customer know. We asked for our money back and left. Can’t talk about the food because we never received any. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Wow… Have to try the bun bo hue!!! I stopped by this weekend and finally tried it… It was amazing… Very flavorful… I tried the phở previously I thought was great but bun bo hue definitely takes the cake. The lady is really nice. Sometimes the wait can be long… be smart and call first to order… She’s a one-person show most of the time so I understand if things can take some time to make… But it’s definitely worth the wait…

Love the Phở to go! And have been craving the lemongrass chicken ever since I had it last week.

Good customer service, good price and amazing phở but my favorite is lemon grass chicken and shrimp. The chicken comes with a Vietnamese style egg roll on rice noodles with dipping sauce. I will be back for more.

This is the second time that I’ve gone to Cartlandia. I usually go to Sandwich Depot Deli. I love their sandwiches. It’s a good sandwish, for good price and the proprietor understands good customer service. However, tonight my deli was closed, so I chose to try another cart. I tried«The Best of Vietnam.» I ordered the fried spring rolls which were no thicker or longer than an average thumb size of a man. It was mostly dough with very little stuffing. There was not enough dipping sauce, so I went home and made some and my dipping sauce was superior. Next, I ordered a meatball sandwich. Yeah I know, not very Vietnamese, but still it should be edible. I think they bought their meet stuff, as it wasn’t meet that I know of, from Taco Bell. Whatever it was was not in the shape of meatballs, but brown crumbly soft mass sprinkled in the bottom of a deli roll with some parsley and shredded carrots and not much else. The worst five dollars that I can remember spending on food in a very long time. Even Taco Bell would’ve been better than eating The Best of Vietnam. I did like the deli roll however.
